    The XBD-L vertical pipe fire pump is a new generation of constant pressure pump for pipes designed and developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry, a manufacturer of fire pumps, in accordance with the latest fire pump standards and the mandatory certification requirements for fire products. Its performance and technical conditions meet the national standard GB 6245 "Fire pump". It can be widely applied in fire protection systems of industrial and civil buildings (extinguishing systems with hydrants and automatic sprinkler systems) for water supply.

    1. High efficiency and energy saving: uses CFD to calculate fluid dynamics, analyzing the pressure and velocity distribution within the pump, optimizing the flow channel design to ensure an efficient hydraulic line and improve pump efficiency.

    2. Convenient installation and maintenance: vertical pipe structure, the inlet and outlet of the pump can be installed in any position and direction of the pipe like a valve, greatly facilitating installation and maintenance.

    3. Stable, safe, and reliable operation: the motor is directly connected to the pump, simplifying the intermediate transmission structure, improving operational stability, and ensuring that the unit operates in a stable, safe, and reliable manner.

    4. Stainless steel sleeve: the position of the shaft seal is a place prone to corrosion. If the direct connection pump shaft corrodes, it can cause seal failures. The pump uses a stainless steel sleeve to prevent corrosion, prolong the shaft's service life, and reduce operating and maintenance costs.

    5. Bearings: in equipped motors, the shaft end bearings for Y (Y2) below 280 (including the fan end bearings for Y below 180) are sealed bearings, which do not require maintenance during normal use.

    6. Mechanical seal: the mechanical seal component generally uses a rubber bellows structure, replacing the traditional O-ring linear seal on the shaft with a double rubber surface seal, improving sealing effectiveness.

    The constant pressure pump type XBD-L consists of two parts: motor and pump, which are coaxial. The pump structure includes pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, and other visible components. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter, facilitating assembly and disassembly, and occupying little space. The pump has an installation base to facilitate installation and increase stability during operation. The pump seal is mechanical, with reliable sealing characteristics and no leaks. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balancing ring in the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges are designed for a pressure of 1.6MPa, facilitating connection with the pipe.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
