    The high-pressure horizontal multistage fire pump type XBD-W is a horizontal structure, single suction, multistage, and segmented. It is a new generation of energy-saving multistage centrifugal pumps carefully developed by our company for special fire pump usage locations. Its performance and technical conditions comply with the mandatory national standard GB6245-2006 "Fire Pump." Thanks to the adoption of an excellent hydraulic model, this series of pumps meets user requirements; it has high efficiency, a wide performance range, and efficient energy saving.     The XBD high-pressure fire pump is suitable for water supply for domestic use in high-rise buildings, fire water in high-rise buildings, use in factories and mines, enterprises, drainage and circulation of water for low-pressure boilers. The medium temperature is from 0℃ to 80℃ to transport clean water or liquids with physical properties similar to water.

     
    Brief introduction to the structure of the horizontal multistage high-pressure fire pump type XBD-W:
    The shaft of the horizontal fire pump XBD is driven by the motor, performing work on the liquid to increase its energy, so that the required amount of liquid is continuously sent from the suction tank through the pump inlet section, the direct impeller, the direct guide, the middle section, the horizontal outlet, the transition pipe, the secondary inlet section, the reverse impeller, the reverse guide, and the vertical outlet.
    ● Mainly composed of: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, two direct guides, reverse guide, direct impeller, reverse impeller, shaft, throttling and pressure reducing device, retaining sleeve, bearing body, transition pipe and other parts; the middle section is connected to the inlet and outlet sections by high-strength bolts; the sealing surfaces between the inlet, middle and outlet sections use hard metal sealing with molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease; the rotor consists of the direct impeller mounted on the shaft, throttling and reducing device, reverse impeller, shaft sleeve, bearing sleeve and other parts; the bearing uses a "fixed and movable" dry lubrication structure, with cylindrical roller bearing at the drive end and angular contact ball bearing at the end; the pump working chamber is formed by the inlet, middle, outlet, secondary inlet section, direct guide, reverse guide and transition pipe.
    ● Between the rotor part and the fixed part there are sealing rings, guide sleeves and others for sealing; when wear affects pump performance, they should be replaced in time.
    ● The shaft seal can be mechanical or packing. When the pump uses packing seal, the packing ring position must be correct and the tension appropriate, allowing the liquid to leak drop by drop. The sealing elements are installed in the sealing chamber, where water is introduced at a certain pressure for sealing, cooling and lubrication. There is a replaceable sleeve in the shaft seal to protect the shaft; bearings and seals can be replaced without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipes.
    ● The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic pin coupling or diaphragm coupling. From the motor direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
    ● The standard motor is from the Y3 series; in environments with flammable and explosive gases, an explosion-proof motor from the YB3 series is used.
