Quality and after-sales service commitment letter for industrial products

This "Quality and After-Sales Service Commitment Letter for Industrial Products" (hereinafter referred to as the "Commitment Letter") serves as a standard annex to the contract for products sold by Changsha Zhonlian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonlian Pump Industry"), and describes the product quality requirements, technical standards, conditions and term of Zhonlian Pump Industry's liability for quality.

The scope of this Commitment Letter covers industrial products sold by Zhonlian Pump Industry and its authorized agents, as well as the corresponding after-sales services.

The buyer must inspect the product within one week from the date of delivery and issue an opinion, such as "inspection approved, payment as per contract" or other opinions.

The buyer's inspection standard is national standards, industry standards, indicators indicated in the instruction manual and other special requirements agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.

All subcontracted products (such as motors, valves, electrical equipment, etc.) comply with the original manufacturer's "three guarantees" policy, guaranteeing the buyer's rights and interests.

The product is delivered with a qualified inspection certificate and an instruction manual to ensure that the user can correctly install and use our company's products. The buyer is requested to design, install, use and maintain the product according to the instruction manual and other safety instructions, and has the obligation to train other users of the product to know this information.

Our company guarantees that all products leaving the factory are produced and inspected according to the relevant national standards, and that unqualified products will not leave the factory. We guarantee strict compliance with and execution of the product warranty, strict implementation of national standards on the after-sales service of industrial products, and for 18 months after the shipping date or 12 months after the product installation (whichever comes first), if the buyer can demonstrate that the product was correctly installed and used according to the methods recommended by our company; if it can be demonstrated that the product has design, material or manufacturing defects, and submits a written request to our company, our company will be responsible for on-site repair of the defective product, free repair, replacement or full refund of the purchase price.

If the user raises a quality objection about our company's products, the company guarantees that it will give a response to the user's objection within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is necessary to solve the problem on-site, it is guaranteed that professional technical personnel will be sent, and the service personnel will not withdraw until the quality problem is solved. Our company will file each product quality problem and the treatment results.

Under no circumstances will our company assume labor, material, equipment, engineering or other related costs arising from the repair or replacement of defective products. This after-sales service commitment of our products may supersede other express or implied quality warranties, and may be considered as the buyer's sole remedy and the seller's sole liability.
