    Product description

    The single-stage horizontal fire pump model XBD-W is used to transport clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is mainly used for the fire water pressure system, and can also be applied in the drainage of factories and mines. The flow range of the transported liquid is from 2.5 to 220 L/S, the pressure range is from 0.10 to 1.28 MPa, the power range is from 1.1 to 250 KW, and the outlet diameter is from Φ50 to Φ300 mm. 
    The XBD-W series of single-stage fire pumps meets the performance requirements and technical conditions established in the newly promulgated national standard GB6245-1998 "Performance requirements and test methods for fire pumps."

    Explanation of the structure of the XBD-W type horizontal monoblock booster fire pump:
    The special XBD fire pump consists of three parts: pump, motor, and base. The pump structure includes pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, and other components. The pump is a single-stage, single-suction horizontal monoblock centrifugal pump; the pump body and cover are divided at the rear of the impeller, i.e., rear door structure. Most impellers have sealing rings at the front and rear, and there are balance holes on the rear plate of the impeller to balance the axial force on the rotor. The pump inlet is horizontal axial suction, and the outlet is arranged vertically upwards. The pump and motor are coaxial; the motor shaft end uses double angular contact ball bearings to partially balance the residual axial force of the pump. The pump is directly coupled to the motor, requiring no alignment during installation, has a common base, and uses JG-type dampers for vibration absorption.

    Stable operation: absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure stable operation without vibration.
    No leakage: hard alloy seals of different materials ensure no leakage during the transport of various media.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
