    NL vertical type Slurry pump The impeller consists of three single-arc curved blades, a semi-closed impeller is selected and it is made of malleable cast iron, so it has high strength and is corrosion resistant; it is easy to process, has good passability and high efficiency. To reduce weight and machining amount, the pump shaft is made of high-quality cold-drawn carbon steel. The pump base is equipped with four frame oil seals and bushings to prevent shaft wear and extend its service life. The NL type vertical slurry pump can be used in vertical or inclined positions, occupies little space, the volute must be submerged in the working medium, it is easy to start, does not require priming, and the rotation direction viewed from the back of the motor is clockwise. The total length of the machine is available in various specifications so that user units can choose according to use and local conditions.

    Meaning of the model and use of the NL type vertical slurry pump for mining:

    1. The NL type mining slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, used in mining, papermaking, dyeing, environmental protection, graphite, mica, gold, ceramics, refining, petroleum, chemical, farms, saltworks, iodine deposits, dyeing, alcoholic beverage production, food, fertilizers, coke plants, construction, marble factories, gold mines, sludge, quicksand, mud ponds, contaminated ponds, wastewater operations with suspended materials, and can also be used for drainage in coal mines and fluids with mud blocks.

    2. When combined with high-pressure water pumps and water jets, forming a hydraulic set for earthmoving machinery, it can be used for land leveling, river and pond dredging, excavation and transportation in small hydraulic works, as well as in urban civil defense works and other projects.

    3. For aquaculture, it is used to clean ponds with water and oxygenate fish ponds.

    Installation and disassembly of the NL type vertical slurry pump for mining:

    (1) Disassembly

    1. Disassemble the electric motor or front plate, and the outlet pipe.

    2. Disassemble the volute and impeller, loosen the back of the impeller, disassemble the impeller key.

    3. Disassemble the driven coupling, then disassemble the key, then disassemble the motor base and separate it from the support cylinder.

    4. Disassemble the bolts fixing the pump base to the support cylinder to separate them.

    5. Disassemble the bushing and shaft bearing.

    (2) Installation

    1. Inspect all parts for damage, apply a thin layer of yellow grease on both sides of all paper gaskets, and fill two-thirds of the bearing with yellow grease.

    2. The frame oil seal must be completely filled with grease before placing it on the pump base, then install the bearing.

    3. Place the type 0 seal ring inside the bushing and apply yellow grease.

    4. Assemble the set on the motor base, place the paper gasket, the oil retaining ring, install the shaft and fix the support cylinder with screws.

    5. Place the paper gasket, install the bearing, bushing, key, pump base and impeller, tighten the impeller nut and rotate the impeller by hand to check that it rotates freely.

    6. Place the paper gasket, install the pump casing, fix it with screws and place the grid. Then, rotate the impeller by hand to check that it rotates freely.

    7. Install the key and driven coupling on the pump shaft, install the key and driving coupling on the motor shaft, then fix the motor to the base with bolts. After installation, the axial gap between the driving and driven couplings should be 1 to 1.5 millimeters.
