    The PN type pump is a single-stage, single-suction horizontal centrifugal slurry pump, whose flow components are made of wear-resistant alloy materials. The gap between the impeller and the wear plate can be adjusted in time to maintain efficient operation. Impellers of pumps less than 6 inches are connected with threads, while those of pumps over 8 inches are connected with keys. The shaft seal uses a packing seal, and during operation, clean water must be injected into the shaft seal at a pressure 1 kg/cm² higher than the working pressure.     　　The PN type horizontal wastewater sludge pump is a single-stage centrifugal sludge pump with single suction and horizontal orientation. The flow passage parts of this pump are made of wear-resistant alloy materials. The gap between the impeller and the protective plate can be adjusted timely to maintain efficient operation. Impellers of pumps smaller than 6 inches are connected by threading, while those larger than 8 inches are connected by keyway. The shaft seal uses a packing seal, and during operation, clean water must be injected into the shaft seal at a pressure 1 kg/cm² higher than the working pressure. This pump is characterized by its simple structure, reliability, ease of maintenance, and long service life. It is suitable for transporting solid-liquid two-phase fluids in mining, with a maximum transported weight concentration of 50-60%.

After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
