    The submersible sludge pump type WQ(QW) is a new generation product developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology, combined with the usage characteristics of domestic water pumps. It features high energy efficiency, unique structure, anti-clogging, no blockages, automatic installation, and automatic control. It has a unique effect in transporting solid particles and long fiber waste. It is suitable for the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper, cement factories, steel mills, power plants, coal processing industry, as well as for drainage systems of urban wastewater treatment plants, municipal engineering, construction sites, and other sectors to transport wastewater and waste with ribbon-like particles. It is also used for pumping clean water and corrosive media.

     Submersible Sludge Pump Type WQ(QW)

    The submersible sludge pump type WQ(QW) uses a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared to traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts a single or double channel shape, similar to a curved tube with the same cross-section, providing excellent flow. Combined with a reasonable volute chamber, this pump has high efficiency. The impeller has passed dynamic and static balance tests, ensuring the pump operates without vibrations.

    1. The WQ(QW) type submersible sludge pump uses a unique single or double blade impeller structure, which significantly improves the waste passage capacity, effectively passing fibers five times the pump diameter and solid particles approximately 50% of the pump diameter.

    2. The mechanical seal uses a new hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, and the seal has been upgraded to a double-sided seal, allowing continuous operation in the oil chamber, ensuring safe and continuous pump operation for more than 8000 hours.

    3. Compact structure, small size, low noise level, remarkable energy saving, easy maintenance, no pump room required, can operate submerged in water, significantly reducing project costs.

    4. The pump sealing chamber is equipped with a high-precision and interference-resistant water leakage detection sensor, and the stator winding has integrated thermal components for absolute protection of the pump motor.

    5. It can be equipped with an automatic protection control cabinet according to user needs, which absolutely protects against water leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overtemperature, improving product safety and reliability.
    6. The float ball switch can automatically control the pump start and stop according to the required liquid level, without the need for supervision, making it very convenient to use.

    7. It can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling system according to user needs, greatly facilitating installation and maintenance, without the need for personnel to enter the sewage well.

    8. It can be used across the entire lift height range ensuring the motor is not overloaded.

    9. There are two different installation types: fixed automatic coupling system and free mobile installation system.

Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
