Main uses:
The high-pressure mining submersible pump products of this series are designed and manufactured according to GB3836.1-2010 for explosive atmospheres.
Part 1: General requirements for equipment and GB3836.2-2010 for explosive atmospheres;
Part 2: Standards for equipment protected with explosion-proof enclosure "d", explosion-proof type, ExdI mark, suitable for mine environments with explosive gases such as methane or coal dust, for normal drainage, rescue in flooded mines, and drainage in reclaimed mines.
This high-pressure mining pump is suitable for coal, iron, non-ferrous metals, non-metallic minerals, and other mines. It is used for normal drainage in mining, rescue in sudden floods, drainage in reclaimed mines, and comprehensive water management in mining areas. It can be used in open-pit mines, vertical shafts, inclined shafts, and underground deposits. The pump must be installed and used only after obtaining national mining safety certification and explosion-proof certification.

2. Explosion-proof safety. The high-pressure pump motor is water-filled, explosion-proof structure, operates submerged, with good heat dissipation, overload-free design throughout the height, ensuring safe operation without risk of burn due to overload.
3. Large flow and high head. Flow of 100-1740 m³/h, head of 85-1500 m, meeting demands for large flow and high head drainage.
4. Convenient installation and operation. Electromechanical integration, compact structure, small size, light weight, with options for vertical, horizontal, or inclined installation according to the environment.
5. Advanced and reliable technology. Axial force self-balancing structure, reduces thrust bearing load, stable performance, and long service life. Flow path components made of wear-resistant materials, suitable for water with high sand content.
High-pressure mining pump Submersible pump Mainly composed of pump casing, impeller, guide 0 t, main shaft, bearing, and mesh filter, etc.
The double suction pump has two water inlets, with two groups of impellers arranged back to back in opposite directions. Actually, they are two Multistage pump Parallel operation, each with its own suction inlet (one at the top, another at the bottom). Because both impeller groups have the same quantity and opposite direction, the hydraulic force generated is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, theoretically the total axial water force is zero. The single suction pump only has one suction inlet. Two groups of impellers are arranged back to back in opposite directions. When the manometric head requires an even total number of impeller stages, both impeller groups have the same quantity and opposite direction, the axial water force is tolerable. When the manometric head requires an odd total number of impeller stages, the lower pump impeller has an additional stage; in this case, the last stage impeller of the lower pump is designed with a balanced impeller with balance holes. The hydraulic force generated by the balanced impeller is basically eliminated. Therefore, the two impeller groups generating axial water force still have the same quantity and opposite direction, the total axial water force is basically zero. The axial force on the pump shaft is zero, the thrust bearing load is light, the service life is long, and the operation is reliable.
The motor is a three-phase asynchronous submersible motor, mainly composed of the upper guide bearing, the stator, the rotor, the lower guide bearing, the thrust bearing, the cooler (base), and other main components. The stator coil is made of cross-linked polyethylene waterproof winding wire, with built-in winding temperature sensors and water level sensors to monitor the winding temperature and prevent motor damage caused by lack of water. An impeller is installed at the bottom of the motor shaft. When the motor rotates, the impeller forces water inside the motor to circulate from bottom to top, passing through the casing, cooling ducts, and other parts, continuously exchanging heat with the externally transported liquid to reduce the motor temperature rise.
The complete set of the BQ high-pressure forced discharge submersible pump includes three main parts:
1) Main unit: pump, motor, pump-motor connection body, pump-motor coupling, and their fastening elements
2) Installation system: suction bell, connection flange, check valve, discharge pipe, gate valve, etc.;
3) Control system: cables, electrical control cabinet, etc.;
