    Product Description

    The QW type submersible sewage pump is specially designed with an open channel impeller that has a great capacity to handle sewage, without clogging from the entry of solid particles or fibrous materials, nor premature damage from abrasive media. The submersible pump is currently one of the most advanced and ideal drainage equipment in the country. This pump uses a vortex-type bottom suction structure, offering outstanding advantages such as clog resistance, wear durability, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and complete drainage, with a wide range of applications. The QW type submersible pump also uses a stainless steel impeller and an advanced mechanical seal system, with a service life exceeding 8000 hours.

    Applications of the QW Type Submersible Sewage Pump

    The QW type submersible sewage pump is widely used in municipal projects, buildings, industrial drainage, environmental sewage treatment, sewage treatment in factories and mines, among others. It can pump sewage, wastewater, and rainwater containing solids and long fibers, including paper pulp, wood, starch, sand, gravel, short fibers, and sludge with solid particles, as well as sewage with feces and urine. It can also be used for clean water and mildly corrosive media, being an ideal tool for supply and drainage in industries, agriculture, cities, and construction. Especially, the non-clogging sewage pump can handle liquids with an impurity content of approximately 25%, with particles up to 18 mm in diameter, without clogging or tangling.

     

    Product Features of the QW Type Submersible Sewage Pump 
    1. It uses a unique one or two-blade impeller structure, which significantly improves the waste passage capacity, allowing effective passage of fibrous materials five times the diameter of the pump inlet and solid particles approximately 50% of the inlet diameter. 
    2. The mechanical seal uses corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide as material and has been upgraded to a double-face seal, allowing continuous operation in the oil chamber, ensuring safe and continuous operation for more than 8000 hours. 
    3. Compact structure, small size, low noise level, remarkable energy saving, easy maintenance, no pump room required, can operate submerged in water, significantly reducing project costs. 
    4. The sealing chamber of the submersible pump is equipped with a high-precision and interference-resistant water leakage detection sensor, and the stator winding has integrated thermal components for absolute protection of the pump motor. 
    5. It can be equipped with an automatic protection control cabinet according to user needs, which protects against water leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overtemperature, improving product safety and reliability. 
    6. The float switch can automatically control the pump start and stop according to the required liquid level, without the need for constant supervision, making it very convenient to use. 
    7. It can be equipped with a double-rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, greatly facilitating installation and maintenance, without personnel having to enter the sewage pit. 
    8. It can be used across the entire lift height range ensuring that the motor is not overloaded.

     

    Operating Conditions of the QW Type Submersible Sewage Pump

    1. The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, density should be between 1.0 and 1.3 kg/dm3, and pH should be in the range of 5 to 9.

    2. For pumps without an internal circulation cooling system, the part of the motor exposed outside the liquid should not exceed one third.

    3. Under normal conditions, the pump should be used within the lift height range to ensure the motor is not overloaded. If use across the entire range is required, it should be indicated when ordering so the manufacturer can prepare it.

    4. During operation, the pump motor current should not exceed the motor's rated current.

    5. The product must be fully submerged during operation, but the immersion depth should not exceed 10 m.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    A

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A
