The water pump is located at the top of the electric pump and has a centrifugal structure. The motor is located at the bottom of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous water filling motor. The stator winding and the core of the water filling motor are directly submerged in water, providing good cooling effect and no pollution, thus overcoming the disadvantages of other electric pumps which, during operation, allow the "O" ring seal and mechanical seals to leak water into the motor chamber, significantly improving the electric pump.

    The QS type submersible pump for water filling wells (hereinafter, the electric pump) consists of two main parts: the water pump and the motor. The water pump is located at the top of the electric pump and has a centrifugal structure. The motor is located at the bottom of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor of the water filling type. The stator winding and the core of the water filling type motor are directly submerged in water, providing good cooling effect and generating no pollution, thus overcoming the disadvantages of other electric pumps which, during operation, allow water to leak into the motor compartment through the "O" ring seal and mechanical seals, significantly improving the efficiency of the electric pump's use.

    The QS type submersible pump for wells is widely used in irrigation and drainage of agricultural fields, sprinkler irrigation, groundwater extraction, water supply for domestic use, supply and drainage systems in industrial and civil buildings, as well as in water conveyance in mountainous areas and drainage in low-lying areas.

    Working conditions:

    1. Power supply: frequency 50Hz, voltage 380 volts (tolerance 5%-10%) three-phase alternating current.

    2. Water source: generally clean non-corrosive water, sand content not exceeding 0.02%, pH value: 6.5-8.5. The temperature of the extracted water should not exceed 40.

    3. Installation: the electric pump must be fully submerged in water during operation, with an immersion depth not less than 0.5 meters and not more than 5 meters.

     

    Scope of application and characteristics of the QS type submersible well pump with water filling

    The QS type submersible pump must be able to operate continuously under the following usage conditions:

    1. Before using the QS type submersible pump with water filling, loosen the drain screw, add clean water (tap water or clean lake or river water) through the filling port to rinse the rust inside the motor and prolong the pump's service life. When clean water comes out of the drain hole, tighten the drain screw and gently shake to expel air from the winding, ensuring the inside of the motor is filled with clean water, then tighten the filling screw and check that the insulation resistance is not less than 5 megaohms.

    2. When the QS type submersible well pump is not in use, the water inside the motor must be drained and stored in a dry and ventilated place; the next time it is used, follow the above method. (Locking screw FP).

    3. The working medium is clean non-corrosive water, with a sand content by volume not exceeding 0.10%, pH 6-8.5, and water temperature not exceeding +40 ℃.

    4. This pump uses a sliding bearing structure and must be used in a vertical position without inclination.

    5. The immersion depth of the submersible pump with water filling must not exceed 5 m.

Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
