　　The explosion-proof mining submersible pump for drainage and desanding series BQS is designed and manufactured according to the explosion-proof standard MT/T671-2005 "Explosion-proof submersible pump for coal mines." It is an efficient and energy-saving mining submersible desanding pump with bottom suction, solving key technical problems in product structure, parameter optimization, manufacturing process, operational efficiency, sealing and leakage prevention, and material application, especially for underground coal mines with large amounts of coal slurry. Compared to similar domestic products, it offers advantages such as safety and reliability, lightness and practicality, good drainage and desanding performance, long service life, reasonable model range, easy selection, durable double sealing, high safety, strong adaptability, excellent explosion-proof structure, and high protection level. It is suitable for environments with explosive gases such as methane or coal dust and is used in excavation faces and mine galleries at risk of explosion, in combination with water pumps.

　　Main uses:

　　The mining submersible pump for drainage and desanding is an advanced and reliable tool for use in work faces, galleries, water wells at the mine bottom, local accumulation pools, drainage in coal washing plants, construction drainage, among others. It is suitable for underground coal mine locations with explosion risk from methane (commonly called gas) and coal dust, and for transporting mixed wastewater containing insoluble solids such as sand, coal slurry, coal waste, coal slag, and fibers. It is also applicable in buildings, hospitals, residential complexes, municipal works, road traffic and construction, industrial drainage, small wastewater treatment, and for transporting wastewater, rainwater, and wastewater with solid particles and long fibers.

　　Conditions of use:

　　1. Power supply of 380V, 660V, or 1140V, three-phase, 50HZ.

　　2. Medium temperature generally not exceeding 40°C, pH value between 5 and 9, medium density ≤11kN/m³.

　　3. The size of the solids diameter in the medium must comply with the provisions of MT/T 671-2005; for special requirements, please indicate when ordering.

　　Structural features of the submersible pump:

　　1. Model selection: performance optimization, stable operation without clogging, strong drainage and desanding capacity, pump without overload (total head characteristic, that is, at any working point the input power does not exceed the corresponding motor power). Suitable for various applications in underground coal mines, with multiple uses in a single machine.

　　2. Mechanical seal improvement: use of independent series mechanical seals and double-face mechanical seals.

　　3. Structural optimization: structural design that favors mechanical seal sealing, stable operation, higher reliability, optimized lighter and more practical design, low energy consumption. Can operate dry for a long time.

　　4. Motor protection grade IPX88, good cooling effect of the submersible motor, lower temperature rise than common motors, longer durability, class F insulation that extends motor life.

　　Structure description:

　　The overall structure of the pump is vertical, fully submersible, electromechanically integrated, with bottom suction, capable of completely extracting shallow surface water from the work face. The product mainly consists of two parts: flow passage components and motor. According to the flow discharge form, the electric pump is divided into external type, internal type, and semi-internal type.

　　1. Pump body and impeller: based on practical tests, carefully selected and combined to ensure good clogging resistance, high passage capacity, high efficiency, flat power curve, and no overload. The impeller is precisely balanced, with low vibration and stable operation.

　　2. Motor: specially designed submersible motor, IPx8 protection, class F insulation allowing high operating temperature, prolonging insulation life under normal temperature conditions, with good submersible cooling effect and low actual temperature.

　　3. Motor cooling: (1) External type electric pump: motor heat dissipates through the casing; as long as the motor stator is submerged at least halfway, the pump can operate safely and reliably; the deeper the submersion, the better the motor cooling. (2) Internal type electric pump...

　　The desanding submersible pump uses a strong intermediate layer cooling structure; even in dry operation, the motor temperature is controlled below 40°C, significantly improving the assembly's service life. It is suitable for places with low water level, can operate dry for a long time, and be used in unsupervised environments, reducing labor costs.

　　4. Shaft sealing: the motor shaft seal uses two independent mechanical seals in series, forming two reliable sealing barriers. The first is in the medium inside the pump, where the sealing face is pressed more with increasing medium pressure, effectively blocking water entry into the oil chamber. The second is in the oil chamber, preventing oil from entering the motor. If the first fails (operating under harsher conditions than the second), the second still prevents water and oil from entering the motor. The bellows-type mechanical seal combined with an innovative cavity structure further improves shaft sealing reliability, with fault-free operation time exceeding 2000 hours under normal use.

　　5. Oil chamber: acts as a barrier to prevent the medium from penetrating from the pump shaft to the motor, blocking infiltration into the motor if the first mechanical seal leaks. Additionally, it lubricates and cools the friction surfaces of the two mechanical seals, ensuring their reliable operation. It also dissipates heat from the lower bearing and part of the motor heat.

　　6. Bearings: the double-row angular contact bearings at the bottom have a high load capacity, and together with the upper deep groove bearing form a reliable support for the motor-pump shaft, bearing radial, axial, and other forces during operation, ensuring stable operation and long service life of the assembly.

　　7. Cables and their sealing: (1) The cables use the flame-retardant cable for mines MT818.5-2009, the cable core section area is designed for reliable long-term operation under an ambient temperature of 40°C and maximum motor power. If the motor operates below maximum power or in an environment below 40°C, the service life will be longer. (2) The rubber coating of the cable is sealed and pressed against the motor gland to prevent the medium from leaking from the interface between the cable and the motor cover into the motor.

　　8. Motor housing: The motor housing consists of the housing, the upper cover, and the lower cover. The joints and connections of the parts have reliable static sealing. Each unit undergoes a strict water pressure test to ensure there are no leaks, guaranteeing total safety.

　　9. Special handle: It is equipped with a special handle to facilitate transportation. Please do not use the cable as a handle during transport.

　　The submersible drainage pump with external installation is designed with a lower pump structure, the water outlet is located at the bottom of the entire machine, and the water is discharged directly from the pump body through the outlet. This pump generally has a motor power below 22KW, is a small single-stage and single-suction pump. Its outstanding feature is the simple, lightweight, and practical structure, with strong capacity to handle dirty water, suitable for places with many impurities, sludge, and gravel in the water.

　　The submersible sand drainage pump with internal installation has a general vertical and lower pump structure, using an internal motor structure. The motor housing has an intermediate chamber; during normal drainage, the pumped water flows through this chamber and exits from the top, achieving water cooling of the motor. Even in case of water cut-off, the external intermediate chamber of the motor still contains water to cool the motor, ensuring it does not overheat or burn out. It does not require special supervision, significantly reducing labor costs. Most of our company's single-stage and multi-stage pumps use this internal structure.

　　The BQS semi-internal mining sand submersible drainage pump combines the advantages of pumps with internal and external installation, is relatively lightweight, and also ensures that motor cooling does not fail after a water cut-off.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
