    The deep well submersible pump for hot water is suitable for geothermal wells and is used to extract geothermal water. Geothermal energy is a cheap and clean source, widely used in heating, medicine, baths, aquaculture, cultivation, industrial and agricultural production, entertainment services, among others. The hot water submersible pump is submerged in the geothermal well to operate, with advantages such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high efficiency, energy saving, and ease of installation and maintenance. It is a replacement product for geothermal water extraction equipment. Additionally, the deep well submersible pump for hot water manufactured by our company can operate normally in a hot water environment at 120°C, belonging to advanced national technology.

    The deep well submersible pump for hot water is suitable for companies and institutions such as: bath centers, community heating, companies that use geothermal energy to generate electricity and extract high-temperature underground hot water. According to the well diameter, we offer different specifications and models for users to choose from. This equipment has low noise, high efficiency, and saves electricity.

    Usage conditions:

    1. The hot water submersible pump must use a three-phase power supply with a rated voltage of 380V±5% and frequency of 50Hz±1%, the rated voltage at the motor terminals must be maintained within the allowed range.
    2. The control cabinet must have basic protection functions against short circuits, phase loss, overcurrent, and overload, and ensure to adjust the setting values for stable operation and sensitive protection during installation; this step is very important and must be performed by professional technical personnel.
    3. The motor is of the washed type; before installation, the inside of the motor must be completely filled with distilled water (or clean water).
    4. The first stage of the pump impeller must be submerged at least 3 meters below the dynamic water level; the electric pump unit must not be submerged more than 70 meters below the static water level; the bottom of the motor must be at least 5 meters from the bottom of the well.
    5. When selecting the model, the well diameter must match the pump model; avoid using small diameter pumps in large diameter wells, as this harms the motor's heat dissipation.
    6. The water temperature must not exceed 120℃. (For temperatures above 120℃ special customization is required).
    7. The water must not contain oily substances.
    8. Mineralization degree and specified water quality: (mainly indicators of corrosive substances)

    Material selection and structure explanation for deep well hot water submersible pump

    1. Impeller: cast iron or tin bronze.

    2. Pump casing: cast iron or stainless steel.

    3. Pump shaft: cold drawn chrome steel or stainless steel.

    4. Motor sealing: rubber seal, O-ring, mechanical seal. Rubber material for the motor expansion adjustment bag.

    Structure explanation:

    The complete unit of the deep well hot water pump consists of heat-resistant pump, heat-resistant submersible motor, piping parts (including lifting pipe, pump base, etc.), heat-resistant cable, gate valve, control cabinet, etc. The pump and motor are directly connected by a coupling and operate submerged in geothermal water.
    1. The working part of the pump is the core of the unit. It consists of impeller, middle casing, upper casing, pump shaft, bearings, water inlet section, check valve, and valve body, among other parts.
    2. The submersible motor is the power source of the unit. It consists of stator, rotor, upper and lower guide bearings, thrust bearing, base, connection support, sealing device, among other parts.

    Motor parameters:

    Length of the submersible motor power cable: 3 m. If the user needs to extend the cable, they can contact us in advance. The submersible motor is lubricated with clean water; before use, the inside of the motor must be completely filled with clean water (note: it must be fully filled to avoid reducing the motor's service life). If water filling is forgotten, the motor will burn out quickly.

    Motor protection grade: IPX8, the electromagnetic cable uses water-resistant and high-temperature resistant cable. Power supply 380V, deviation no more than ±5%, frequency 50Hz, deviation no more than ±1%. If the customer needs special voltage or frequency, they must inform us in advance.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
