Features of the stainless steel multistage deep well submersible pump product
1. The power system of the stainless steel deep well submersible pump uses a 100% copper motor according to national standards, with manually wound coils, high-temperature painted, and winding tested. In addition, it uses 800 silicon steel sheets according to national standards to ensure strong motor power.
2. The stainless steel deep well submersible pump uses NSK bearings imported from Japan, which withstand temperatures up to 120°C, are highly wear-resistant and low noise, prolonging the service life of the stainless steel sewage pump.
3. The company uses silicon carbide mechanical seals for high-quality double-sided alloy mechanical seals, with all rubber parts made of fluororubber, which are corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and very durable. This ensures no leakage, allowing the stainless steel sewage pump to operate safely underwater.
4. Our stainless steel deep well submersible pump can be equipped with mixer impellers, channel impellers, and cutter impellers. The mixer impeller can stir the sludge at the bottom of the tank to mix with the sewage for easy extraction; the channel impeller prevents pump entanglement and blockage; the pump with cutter impeller has a wider use, as it can easily crush waste in the sewage, reducing the possibility of pump blockage.
Application scope of the stainless steel multistage deep well submersible pump
1. Discharge of industrial wastewater.
2. Discharge systems of urban sewage treatment plants.
3. Drainage stations for subways, basements, and civil defense systems.
4. Discharge of wastewater in hospitals, hotels, and high-rise buildings.
5. Wastewater drainage stations in residential areas.
6. Discharge of diluted sludge in municipal and construction works.
7. Water supply equipment in drinking water plants.
8. Discharge of wastewater in farms and rural agricultural irrigation.
9. Auxiliary equipment for mining exploration and water treatment.
10. Replacement of manual transport for suction and transport of river sludge.
Basic structure of the stainless steel multistage deep well submersible pump
The basic structure of the stainless steel multistage submersible pump consists of six parts: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring, and packing box.
1. The impeller is the central part of the centrifugal pump, with high speed and great force. The impeller blades play a main role. Before assembly, the impeller must pass a static balance test. The internal and external surfaces of the impeller must be smooth to reduce friction loss of water flow.
2. The stainless steel pump body, also called the casing, is the main body of the pump. It serves for support and fixation, and connects with the installed bearing support.
3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect with the motor via a coupling, transmitting the motor torque to the impeller, making it the main component for transmitting mechanical energy.
4. Bearings are components mounted on the pump shaft to support it; there are two types: roller bearings and sliding bearings. Roller bearings use grease as lubricant; the amount of grease should be appropriate, generally between 2/3 and 3/4 of the volume. Too much grease generates heat, too little causes noise and also heat. Sliding bearings use transparent oil as lubricant, filling up to the oil level line. Too much oil will leak along the shaft and float; too little oil will cause the bearing to overheat and be damaged, causing accidents. During pump operation, the maximum bearing temperature is 85 degrees, normally operating around 60 degrees. If higher, the cause should be investigated (if impurities exist, if the oil is blackened, if water ingress occurs) and treated in time.
5. The sealing ring of the stainless steel deep well submersible pump is also called the leakage reduction ring. Too large a gap between the impeller inlet and the pump casing will cause water in the high-pressure zone inside the pump to flow to the low-pressure zone through this gap, affecting flow and reducing efficiency. Too small a gap will cause friction and wear between the impeller and casing. To increase backflow resistance, reduce internal leakage, and prolong the service life of the impeller and casing, a sealing ring is installed at the junction between the inner edge of the casing and the outer edge of the impeller, maintaining a sealing gap between 0.25 and 1.10 mm.
6. The packing box mainly consists of packing, water seal ring, packing cylinder, gland, and water seal tube. The main function of the packing box is to seal the space between the pump casing and the shaft to prevent water inside the pump from flowing out and outside air from entering the pump, always maintaining a vacuum inside the pump. When the pump shaft and packing generate heat due to friction, the water seal tube conducts water to the seal ring to cool the packing and maintain normal pump operation. Therefore, during routine pump inspections, checking the packing box is especially important. After approximately 600 hours of operation, the packing should be replaced.
Styles of stainless steel multistage deep well submersible pumps
1. Cast iron material, that is, conventional gray cast iron HT200.
2. Stainless steel stamped style, with materials 201 and 304, more economical price, but with lower thickness and corrosion resistance.
3. High-density stainless steel casting, with materials 304, 316, and 316L, although more expensive than stamping, it has greater advantages in corrosion resistance and durability.
