    DLR Type Vertical Multistage Hot Water Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Structural Type:

    The DLR type multistage pipeline pump is vertically installed, featuring a compact structure, low noise, and small footprint. The pump shaft seal is either packing seal or mechanical seal. The suction port is located on the lower water inlet section of the pump, and the discharge port is located on the upper water outlet section, both oriented horizontally. The pump outlet can be arranged at 90°, 180°, or 270° relative to the inlet according to user requirements (0° for conventional installation). The multistage pipeline pump mainly consists of the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, bearing bracket, motor bracket, impeller, guide vane, shaft, bearing, shaft sleeve, balance drum, and balance sleeve. The inlet, middle, outlet sections, guide vane, and bearing bracket form the working chamber, while the shaft, impeller, balance drum, and shaft sleeve form the rotor assembly. Axial force is balanced by the balance drum, and the remaining axial force is borne by the upper radial thrust ball bearing. Sealing rings are installed on the inlet and middle sections to reduce high-pressure water leakage back into the inlet chamber.

    The upper end of the shaft is equipped with a radial thrust ball bearing, and the lower end with a sliding bearing. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease. The shaft seal uses soft packing seal, which can also be interchanged with mechanical seal, lubricated and cooled by pressure water in the balance chamber.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
