1. The YG type explosion-proof pipeline oil pump has a vertical structure, with the inlet and outlet diameters the same and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor's extended shaft, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is reasonable, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation with very low vibration and noise.
3. The shaft seal uses mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium high-temperature mechanical seals, and wear-resistant seals made of hard alloy materials, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.

Starting and Stopping of Explosion-Proof Pipeline Oil Pump:
Preparation before Starting:
1. Test whether the motor rotation direction is correct; viewed from the motor top towards the pump, it should rotate clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal.
2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, then close the exhaust valve after filling.
3. Check whether all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricating liquid to enter the mechanical seal end face.
5. High-temperature types should be preheated first, with a heating rate of 50℃/hour to ensure uniform heating.
Starting:
1. Fully open the inlet valve.
2. Close the discharge pipeline valve.
3. Start the motor and observe whether the pump operates normally.
4. Adjust the outlet valve opening to the required operating condition. If the user has a flow meter or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, adjust the outlet valve opening so that the pump operates at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table; if no flow meter or pressure gauge is installed, adjust the outlet valve opening and measure the motor current to ensure the motor operates within the rated current. Otherwise, the pump will operate overloaded (i.e., high current operation), causing motor burnout. The adjusted outlet valve opening size depends on pipeline conditions.
5. Check the shaft seal leakage; under normal conditions, mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute.
6. Check the motor; bearing temperature should be ≤70℃.
Stopping:
1. For high-temperature types, cool down first at a rate of <10℃/minute until the temperature drops below 80℃ before stopping.
2. Close the discharge pipeline valve.
3. Stop the motor.
4. Close the inlet valve.
5. If stopping for a long time, drain the liquid inside the pump.
Maintenance of Explosion-Proof Pipeline Oil Pump:
1. Maintenance during operation:
(1) The inlet pipeline must be filled with liquid; long-term operation under cavitation is prohibited.
(2) Regularly check the motor current value; it must not exceed the motor's rated current.
(3) After long-term operation, due to mechanical wear, if noise and vibration increase, stop and inspect. Replace worn parts and bearings if necessary. The general overhaul period is one year.
2. Mechanical Seal Maintenance
(1) Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles.
(2) Mechanical seals must not operate under dry friction conditions.
(3) Before starting, manually rotate the pump (motor) several turns to avoid sudden start causing graphite ring breakage.
(4) Allowed seal leakage is 3 drops per minute; otherwise, inspection is required.
