Meaning of the explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal pipe centrifugal pump model ISWH

Main features of the explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal pipe centrifugal pump ISWH
Stable operation: the absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure stable operation without vibration
Leak-free: hard alloy seals of different materials ensure no leakage in the transport of different media
Low noise: water pump with low-noise bearing support, stable operation, practically no noise except for the slight sound of the motor
Low failure rate: simple and reasonable structure, key parts use first-class international quality components, significantly increasing the failure-free working time of the entire machine.
Easy maintenance: simple replacement of seals and bearings.
Space saving: the outlet can be oriented to the left, right, or upward, facilitating pipe layout and installation and saving space.
Scope of application of the explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal pipe centrifugal pump ISWH
ISW horizontal clean water pump, for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurization, garden irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, heating and cooling circulation, cold and hot water circulation in baths and related equipment, with a usage temperature t≤80°C.
ISWH explosion-proof horizontal pipe pump made of stainless steel, for transporting liquids without solid particles, corrosive and with viscosity similar to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature from -20°C to +120°C.
The ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper, hotels and restaurants for circulation and pressurization of hot water from boilers and urban heating systems, with a usage temperature t≤120°C. The ISWH stainless steel chemical pipe pump transports liquids without solid particles, corrosive and with viscosity similar to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature from -20°C to +120°C.
ISWB horizontal pipe oil pump, for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products or flammable and explosive liquids, with a transported medium temperature from -20 to +120°C.
Preparation before starting the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe pump
1. Verify that the motor rotation direction is correct; viewed from the top of the motor towards the pump it should rotate clockwise. The test should be brief to avoid wear on the mechanical seal.
2. Open the purge valve to fully fill the pump body with liquid, then close the purge valve.
3. Check that all parts are in normal condition.
4. Manually rotate the pump so that the lubricant enters the surface of the mechanical seal.
5. The explosion-proof stainless steel pipe pump for high temperature must be preheated first, with a temperature rise rate of 50°C/h to ensure uniform heating.
Start-up
1. Fully open the inlet valve.
2. Close the discharge pipe valve.
3. Start the motor and observe if the pump operates correctly.
4. Adjust the outlet valve opening according to the required conditions. If the user has a flow or pressure meter at the pump outlet, the valve should be adjusted so that the pump operates at the nominal point according to the performance parameter table. If there is a flow or pressure meter, the motor current should be measured and the valve adjusted so that the motor operates within the nominal current, avoiding overload (high current) that could burn the motor. The correct outlet valve opening depends on the pipe conditions.
5. Check the shaft seal leakage; normally the mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute.
Check that the temperature rise in the motor and bearings is ≤70°C.
Stop
1. For high temperature models, cool down first; the cooling rate should be <10°C per minute, lowering the temperature to less than 80°C before stopping.
2. Close the discharge pipe valve.
3. Stop the motor.
4. Close the inlet valve.
5. If stopping for a long time, completely drain the liquid inside the pump.
Special notes for the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe pump
Water pumps under 7.5kW can be installed directly on the base with anti-vibration pads.
For powers above 7.5kW, it can be installed directly with the cast base, or use the IS connection plate from our unit along with the seismic isolator; the installation method of the seismic isolator is the same as that of the isolator compatible with the ISG pump, and the isolator dimensions are the same as those of the water pump isolator of the same specification in the ISG series.
