    Product description

    The vertical chemical pump type IHG uses performance parameters from the IS type centrifugal pump and adopts an advanced hydraulic model. It is a new generation of vertical chemical centrifugal pump designed and manufactured according to the international standard ISO2858, which has advantages such as high energy efficiency, low noise, no leaks, and easy installation and use. Depending on the operating temperature and medium, product series such as IRG, IHG, and YG are derived, suitable for hot water, corrosive media, and petrochemical products. 
    Vertical chemical pump type IHG for pipes

    For IHG type chemical pumps with motor power greater than 30 kW, the design includes two structures: direct coupling and removable. The removable structure allows the rotor of the pump to be extracted without moving the motor or the pump body, which significantly reduces maintenance costs and labor intensity.

    Working conditions and scope of application of the vertical chemical pump type IHG for pipes

    　　1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, pressure at the inlet + manometric height of the pump ≤1.6MPa, static test pressure of the pump ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when placing the order. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it must be indicated when placing the order so that the passage and connection parts of the pump are made of cast steel.

    　　2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <40%.

    　　3. The volumetric content of solid particles in the transported medium must not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, with particle size <0.2mm.

    　　1. The IHG chemical centrifugal pump has a vertical structure, with equal inlet and outlet diameters and in the same central line, can be installed in the pipe like a valve, with a compact and aesthetic design, occupies little space and requires low investment in construction; with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

    　　2. The impeller is mounted directly on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions and a compact structure. The configuration of the bearings of the pump and the motor is reasonable, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring stable operation with low noise and vibration.

    　　3. The shaft seal uses mechanical seal or combination of mechanical seals, with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium high-temperature mechanical seal and hard wear-resistant carbide material, effectively prolonging the service life of the mechanical seal.

    　　4. Convenient installation and maintenance, without the need to disassemble the piping system; just loosen the coupling support nut to extract all rotor components.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
