    The CQB type fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a chemical process pump that applies modern principles of magnetism and uses permanent magnets to achieve indirect contactless transmission. When the motor drives the external rotor assembly (i.e., the external magnet) to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the insulation jacket and cause the internal rotor assembly (i.e., the internal magnet) and the impeller to rotate synchronously, with the medium completely sealed inside the fixed insulation jacket.

               CQB type fluoroplastic magnetic pump It is a type that applies modern principles of magnetism, using permanent magnets to achieve indirect contactless transmission Pump for chemical processes When the motor drives the external rotor (that is, the external magnet) to rotate, through the magnetic field, the lines of magnetic force pass through the insulation jacket and cause the internal rotor (that is, the internal magnet) and the impeller to rotate synchronously. The medium is completely sealed within the static insulation jacket, thus achieving the purpose of pumping the medium without leaks, completely solving the leakage problem at the shaft seal of mechanical transmission pumps. It is a new industrial pump, completely sealed, leak-free, and contamination-free. The CQB type magnetic pump is ideal for eliminating leakage, dripping, and spillage phenomena in chemical processes, eliminating environmental contamination, creating "leak-free workshops" and "leak-free factories," and achieving safe and civilized production.

    Leak-proof design and operating principle
    The shaft seal is eliminated, using magnetic coupling for indirect transmission, completely eliminating the dripping problem and preventing contamination of the usage area.
    The fluid passage part of the pump is made of "fluoroplastic alloy." It can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidizing agents of any concentration without damage.
    The drive device uses an active permanent magnet coupling mounted directly on the motor shaft, the pump chamber is completely sealed, and the impeller rotates through indirect magnetic coupling. Compact, safe, and energy-efficient structure.
    Robust and durable structure of the pump body

    Although the part in contact with the liquid is made of fluoroplastic, the pump casing is made of metallic material, so the pump body can withstand the weight of the piping and mechanical impacts.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
