    　　The IMD-FT pump is a high-power, high-lift fluorinated plastic magnetic pump. The shape and installation dimensions of the pump are designed and manufactured according to the international standard ISO. All specifications are of the type directly coupled to the motor, supported by an intermediate support, with a compact structure and easy disassembly. The main components are coated with F46 steel, the pump body has high strength, uses high-performance magnetic materials "neodymium-iron-boron" for the internal and external magnets, and the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic material, which significantly reduces losses due to magnetic eddy currents. It can transport highly corrosive media with high concentration and density greater than 1.9t/m3. The drive mode is indirect magnetic without contact, with the isolation sleeve completely separating the internal and external magnets, keeping the pump chamber completely sealed, completely eliminating leaks and not contaminating the area of use. It is especially suitable for transporting strongly acidic, alkaline, oxidizing, flammable, explosive, toxic, and volatile media.     　　Operating temperature: -20 to 100 °C, dry operation of the pump is prohibited.

    　　 2. Design features:

    　　Leak-proof design and operating principle

    　　The shaft seal is eliminated, using magnetic coupling for indirect drive, completely eliminating leaks and not contaminating the area of use. The fluid passage part of the pump is made of "fluorinated plastic alloy". It can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents of any concentration without suffering damage.

    　　The drive device uses an active permanent magnet coupling mounted directly on the motor shaft, the pump chamber is completely sealed, and the impeller rotates through indirect magnetic coupling. Compact, safe, and efficient structure.

    　　Robust and durable structure of the pump body

    　　Although the part in contact with the liquid is made of fluorinated plastic, the pump body casing is made of metallic material, so the pump body can withstand the weight of the pipe and mechanical impacts.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A
