Product description

　　The magnetic drive centrifugal pump of the NMQ series (abbreviated as NMQ magnetic pump) is a new type of completely leak-free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by our company according to the current needs of users and the market, combining existing magnetic pumps in the market. It is mainly composed of an electric motor, a magnetic coupler, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, using the magnetic coupler to transmit power without leaks. The feature is that when the electric motor drives the rotation of the external magnet of the magnetic coupler, the magnetic lines pass through the space and the insulation sleeve, acting on the internal magnet, causing the pump shaft to rotate synchronously with the motor without contact, transmitting the torque. At the power input end of the pump shaft, because the liquid is sealed inside the fixed insulation sleeve and there is no dynamic seal, the inevitable phenomenon of leaks, drips, and escapes in the petrochemical industry is completely eliminated, achieving a total absence of leaks.

Product introduction:

It complies with API685-2010 and GB/T25140-2010 standards, the dimensions of the pump interface are compatible for replacing IH, CZ type chemical pumps, etc., with good compatibility, high efficiency, and low vibration.
It uses neodymium-iron-boron or samarium-cobalt permanent magnetic materials for the internal and external magnets, with high magnetic efficiency and great resistance to high temperatures.
According to technical requirements, it can be designed in two types: direct connection and split type; for crystalline media, a thermal insulation device can also be added.
The modular structure is very easy to disassemble and repair, significantly reducing the professional requirements for maintenance personnel.
A dry running protector can be configured according to user requirements to prevent damage caused by dry running.
Absolutely leak-free, completely solves the leakage problem of sealed pumps, also being the best product to replace shielded pumps.
The NMQ series includes more than twenty types of magnetic pumps such as NMQ (direct connection magnetic pump), NMQR (direct connection magnetic pump with air cooling), NMQL (split type magnetic pump), NMQG (split type magnetic pump for high temperature), NMQEW (direct connection magnetic pump with double thermal insulation), NMLEW (split type magnetic pump with double thermal insulation), NMZ (self-priming direct connection magnetic pump), NMZL (self-priming split type magnetic pump), NQG (direct connection pipe magnetic pump), NQL (split type pipe magnetic pump), NQGW (pipe magnetic pump with direct connection thermal insulation sleeve), NQLW (pipe magnetic pump with split type thermal insulation sleeve), among others, which customers can reasonably select according to the conditions of the medium.

Can you help me choose a model?

Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

Why is the price quotation so slow?

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
