    　　The corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic chemical pump type IHF is a single-stage centrifugal pump with simple suction made of fluoroplastic alloy (abbreviated as IHF centrifugal pump), designed and manufactured according to international standards and combining the design of non-metallic pumps. The pump body uses a metal casing internally coated with perfluorinated polypropylene (F46), the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are made with metal inserts externally coated with integrally sintered fluoroplastic. The shaft seal uses an advanced mechanical seal with an external bellows, the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring is made of filled polytetrafluoroethylene material, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. The pump's inlets and outlets are reinforced with a cast steel body to improve pressure resistance. Practical use demonstrates that this pump has advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature, does not age, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.

    　　The corrosion and wear resistance of the fluoroplastic chemical pump type IHF has been confirmed by practical use and is widely recognized by users. It is currently widely used in: transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, treatment of chlorine wastewater in ion membrane projects for sodium hydroxide production and acidification processes (most pumps in national ion membrane projects for sodium hydroxide use products from our company), transportation of electrolytes in non-ferrous metal smelting, pickling processes in automobile manufacturing, as well as in the pharmaceutical, petroleum, electrical, electroplating, dye, pesticide, paper, food, textile industries, among others. It can transport highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, and reducing agents at temperatures from -85°C to 150°C without suffering damage.

    Starting, operation, and stopping of the fluorinated plastic chemical centrifugal pump resistant to corrosion type IHF

    1. Before starting the fluorinated plastic centrifugal pump IHF, it must be completely filled with the liquid to be transported; it is strictly prohibited to start without liquid.

    2. Close the outlet valve, connect the power supply, and immediately check that the rotation direction of the pump matches the direction arrow; it is strictly prohibited to operate in the opposite direction.

    3. After the fluorinated plastic centrifugal pump IHF reaches normal speed, gradually open the outlet valve and adjust to operate under the required conditions. When the valve in the discharge pipe is closed, the continuous operating time of the pump should not exceed 3 minutes.

    4. When stopping the pump, first close the outlet valve and then cut off the power supply.

     

    Maintenance and preservation of the fluorinated plastic chemical centrifugal pump resistant to corrosion type IHF

    1. Periodically inspect the pump and motor, and replace worn parts.

    2. Frequently pay attention to high-quality calcium grease lubrication in the bearing box to ensure good lubrication condition.

    3. When the pump is out of service for a long time, in addition to draining the corrosive liquid, carefully clean all parts and internal conduits, and cut off the power supply.

    4. It is strictly prohibited to operate the pump dry.

    5. If the medium contains solid particles, a filter must be installed at the pump inlet.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
