    Product description

    　　It uses a set of D-type multistage diesel water pump driven by a diesel engine, suitable for mines, factories, and water supply and drainage in cities, to transport clean water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature of the transported medium is from 0℃ to 80℃, with a permitted inlet pressure of 0.6MPa.

    The Multistage Oil Pump is a high-efficiency fluid transfer solution designed for stable pressure and continuous operation. This Multistage Oil Pump delivers reliable performance, low noise, and long service life for industrial applications.

    　　There are three methods to indicate the model of the D type pump, which are described below:

    　 　1. D280-43/84×5

    　　"D" indicates a single-stage, multi-suction clean water centrifugal pump of segmented type.

    　　"280" indicates the flow of the pump (m3/h).

    　　"43" indicates the lift of a single stage of the pump (m).

    　　"84" indicates the year.

    　　"5" indicates the number of stages.

    　　2. D80-30×5

    　　"D" indicates a single-stage, multi-suction clean water centrifugal pump of segmented type.

    　　"80" indicates the diameter of the pump's suction inlet (mm).

    　　"30" indicates the lift of a single stage of the pump (m).

    　　"5" indicates the number of stages.

    　　This method only represents the D80-30 pump.

    　　"150" indicates the diameter of the pump's suction inlet (mm).

    Type of structure of the multistage diesel engine water pump set:

    　　The multistage water pump set type D is of horizontal installation. Except for the D16-60 pump whose suction inlet direction is vertical upwards, the suction inlet direction of the other pumps is horizontal. The discharge direction of the D type pump is generally vertical upwards. The new centrifugal pump adopts a horizontal inlet and outlet structure design for user convenience, and the axial force is balanced by a balancing disc. The shaft seal generally uses packing seal, and can also use mechanical seal according to user needs. Except for the D85-67 and D155-67 pumps that use oil-lubricated sliding bearings, the others use grease-lubricated rolling bearings.

    　　Rotation direction: viewed from the motor end towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.

    　　Material of the main parts: the pump passage parts are made of cast iron, and the shaft is made of grade 45 steel.

    　　Scope of the pump set: the pump is supplied together with the motor and the base, it can be equipped with a functional base or its own base, and the manufacturer also provides accessories (including conical discharge pipe, gate valve, bottom valve, check valve) and spare parts (including impeller, sealing ring, guide sleeve, balancing disc, shaft sleeve).

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?
