    Product description

    The high-pressure diesel engine water pump consists of a diesel engine and a high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump, with a horizontal pump configuration, single suction, and multistage centrifugal. It has features such as high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise level, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. It is used to transport clean water or other liquids with similar physicochemical properties to water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oils, corrosive media, or abrasive particles by changing the material of the pump's flow parts, the type of seal, and adding a cooling system. The axial force is balanced by a balancing disc. The shaft seal generally uses packing seal, and according to user needs, it can also employ mechanical seal. The product complies with the standard JB/T1051-93 "Type and basic parameters of multistage centrifugal pumps for clean water".

    Conditions of use for the high-pressure diesel engine water pump group:

    1) Ambient temperature ≤ 50℃, medium temperature ≤ 80℃,

    2) The density of the medium must not exceed 1240 kg/m3.

    3) The liquid level must be above the pump inlet, operation without liquid is prohibited.

    Suitable for mine drainage and mining wells, industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressure boosting in high buildings, garden irrigation, fire fighting pressure boosting, long-distance water supply in mountainous areas, heating, baths, and circulation of cold and hot water, as well as for auxiliary equipment.

    Operating principle of the high-pressure diesel engine water pump group:

    The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate the impeller, generating centrifugal force. Under the action of this force, the liquid is expelled along the blades towards the impeller outlet, where it is collected by the spiral casing and sent to the discharge pipe. The liquid gains energy from the impeller, increasing both pressure and velocity energy, and with this energy, it is transported to the workplace. As the liquid is expelled towards the impeller outlet, a low pressure is formed at the center of the impeller inlet, creating a pressure difference between the suction tank and the center of the impeller. Under this pressure difference, the liquid in the suction tank continuously flows through the suction pipe and the suction chamber towards the impeller.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
