    The marine diesel engine pump has the advantages of lightweight, small size, flexible mobility, quick start, fast water discharge time, large fuel tank capacity, corrosion resistance, reliable use, and convenient maintenance. In places where battery use is allowed, this group can install and use a battery start device.

    This pump has two starting methods: manual and electric, which the user must specify when placing the order. Pump groups with a diameter of φ40～φ65 are started by manual traction and electric start, the diesel engine is vertical, single-cylinder, four-stroke, and air-cooled. Pump groups with a diameter of φ80～φ100 use spring starters and electric start, the diesel engine is vertical, multi-cylinder, four-stroke, and water-cooled. It can also be equipped according to air cooling requirements.

    Structural features of the marine diesel engine water pump group

    The marine diesel engine water pump consists of a diesel engine, water pump, vane pump, and frame. It is mainly used for emergency fire extinguishing on ships and is also suitable for industrial and mining companies, ports, docks, warehouses, and loading yards.

    The pump consists of an impeller, pump body, pump cover, water outlet valve, and other parts. It is driven directly by the diesel engine through the pump shaft. The water outlet valve can rotate within a range of 180° to change the direction of the water.

    The self-priming of the pump is done through a vane pump, which has a control clutch with a handle. During priming, the vane pump is driven by the diesel engine through a V-belt, expelling air from the water inlet pipe and generating a vacuum. When the priming hole expels water, the priming is complete. Upon releasing the handle, it automatically returns to its original position, and the priming valve closes simultaneously.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?
