    Product Description

    The diesel engine water pump set for fire extinguishing type XBC is a new product developed and manufactured independently according to market demand and the usage characteristics of fire extinguishing pumps in national buildings. This series of products has high efficiency, long service life, high reliability (it does not experience locking failures when starting after a long period of inactivity), and is currently the preferred product in the country for pumps used in fire extinguishing in construction sites and sprinkler systems. The product performance meets the requirements and performance testing methods of the GB6245-2006 standard "Fire Pump". This product can be used to transport clean water without solid particles at temperatures below 80 °C or liquids with similar physical-chemical properties to water. Under the premise of meeting fire-fighting working conditions, it also satisfies the water supply requirements for domestic and industrial use. The product can be used in both independent fire-fighting water supply systems and combined water supply systems for fire extinguishing and domestic use, and is also applicable in buildings, municipal works, industries, water supply and drainage, vessels, and open field operations. The advantage lies in that, after a sudden power outage, the electric fire pump cannot start, while the diesel engine fire extinguishing pump starts automatically to supply emergency water.

    Product parameters

    The diesel fire pump type XBC consists of a diesel engine and a fire pump, with a horizontal, double suction, single-stage centrifugal pump configuration. It has features such as high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. It is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oils, corrosive media, or abrasive particles by changing the materials of the pump's flow parts, the type of sealing, and adding a cooling system.

    The new generation of products also uses an LCD screen, which compared to traditional instrument monitoring, allows for remote supervision, facilitating the modification of the equipment's operating parameters, significantly improving work efficiency and reducing the workload of personnel. Its complete performance and advanced design make the equipment far superior to other similar products.
     

     

    Main features of the diesel water pump group for fire fighting use:

    1. The electric pump is the main fire pump and can start automatically according to the fire situation;

    2. Equipped with a constant pressure pump to maintain the pressure of the piping network;

    3. The diesel pump is the backup fire pump and starts automatically in case of power failure;

    4. When the electric pump fails, the diesel pump starts.

     

    Operating principle of the diesel water pump group for fire fighting use:
    The diesel fire pump type XBC has the inlet and outlet in the pump body; for maintenance, it is only necessary to lift the pump cover, and the rotor parts can be moved for maintenance without disassembling the pipes, which is very convenient. Depending on the needs, the diesel engine can be on the left or right end, facilitating installation on site. The structure shortens the axial dimension of the rotor parts, the shaft has good rigidity, and the operation is more stable and reliable. It has a sealing ring in the pump body, while the impeller sealing ring is optional.

    Working conditions: allowed working pressure of 2.5Mpa. According to the maximum pressure supported by the pump casing, the body and cover of the pump are made of ductile iron (2.0Mpa), cast steel (2.5Mpa), among others.

    1) Ambient temperature ≤50℃, medium temperature ≤80℃,

    2) Medium density not exceeding 1240kg/m3.

    3) The liquid level must be above the water inlet of the pump, operation without liquid is prohibited.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
