The IY type single-stage pump is a single-stage centrifugal oil pump, with a simple suction and horizontal cantilever support, suitable for transporting petroleum products without solid particles. The temperature of the transported medium is between -20℃ and +150℃, the maximum working pressure of the pump does not exceed 1.6MPa, and the pressure at the suction inlet does not exceed 0.8MPa. It is mainly used in oil fields, refineries, and the petrochemical industry. The IY type single-stage centrifugal pump manufactured by Zhonglian Pump Industry adopts the related standards ISO2858-1975 (E) for its marking, nominal performance point, and equivalent dimensions, has high efficiency, and is an ideal product for energy saving.

The main parts of the single-stage oil centrifugal pump type IY include the pump body, the impeller, the pump cover, the support components, the mechanical seal, and the shaft.
This series Single-stage pump It has a rear door structure, the advantage of which is that the repair or replacement of rotor parts does not require disassembling the pipes; the rotor parts are supported by a support (see the structural diagram of the IY pump).
Axial force balance of the pump: for pumps with large axial force, the impeller has balance holes, and the rest of the axial force is supported by the bearings.
The shaft seal type uses a simple unbalanced mechanical face seal; the shaft seal chamber is equipped with a water cooling jacket, which can be connected to external cold water through a 1/4 pipe connection on the side of the pump to cool the shaft seal.
Transmission mode: the pump is transmitted directly to the motor through a coupling. From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
Material of main parts: the material of the parts that pass the flow is generally common gray cast iron.

Structural characteristics:
1) The single-stage type IY pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO2858. The pump is mainly composed of the pump body, the pump cover, the impeller, the shaft, sealing components, and support components;
2) The structure of the single-stage centrifugal pump type IY adopts a rear door shape, that is, the division between the pump body and the cover is at the rear of the impeller; the body and cover form the working chamber of the pump; the impeller, shaft, and bearings are the rotor of the pump; the support components and bearings support the rotor. To balance the axial force of the pump, most impellers have sealing rings at the front and rear, and balance holes in the rear plate of the impeller. However, some pumps with low axial force do not require sealing rings or balance holes at the rear of the impeller;
3) The bearings use two radial ball bearings (the IR pump uses one radial ball bearing and two radial thrust ball bearings) installed in the support, which support the pump shaft and the radial and axial forces of the pump;
4) The shaft seal uses packing seal or mechanical seal, and a sleeve is installed in the shaft seal to protect the shaft;
