    　　The single-stage and simple suction IH type corrosion-resistant pump is a horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump for chemical use, whose nominal performance points and dimensions are based on the international standard IS02858-1975(E). It is an energy-saving product designed to replace the corrosion-resistant F type pump, and this series is corrosion-resistant. Single-stage pump Designed according to the performance, technical requirements, and testing methods of energy-saving pumps, it is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in our country. The corrosion-resistant single-stage centrifugal pump IH type was developed by the technical staff of Zhonglian Pump Industry along with national pump experts, using excellent national hydraulic models. It is used to suck and transport clean water and liquids with physical-chemical properties similar to water without solid particles, and to transport corrosive media at temperatures from 20°C to 105°C or media with physical-chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used in urban and industrial drainage, fire water supply, among others.

    Structural characteristics of the horizontal single-stage and simple suction corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump IH type for chemical use

    　　The corrosion-resistant single-stage centrifugal pump IH type is a single-stage and simple suction (axial suction) centrifugal pump with cantilever support, designed to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles and with viscosity similar to water. Its brands, nominal performance, and dimensions correspond to the international standard ISO2858. It has a wide performance range, high efficiency, a high level of "three modernizations," and easy maintenance. Its efficiency is on average 5% higher than the F type pump, being a nationally promoted energy-saving product. The IH type pump is suitable for chemical plants to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles and with viscosity similar to water, with a transported medium temperature generally between 20°C and 105°C. The maximum working pressure of the pump is 1.6 Mpa, and the inlet pressure does not exceed 0.6 Mpa.

    　　The cover of the corrosion-resistant single-stage pump IH type is fixed to the intermediate support by a stop, and then tightened between the pump body and the intermediate support by the connection of the stop. The pump body has axial suction and radial discharge, with a foot support, and can be fixed directly to the base. The support components are fixed to the intermediate support by a stop and rest on the base with a suspension support. To facilitate disassembly, an elongated coupling was designed that allows maintenance to be performed without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes, the pump body, or the motor. It is only necessary to disassemble the intermediate piece of the coupling to remove the rotor and perform maintenance. This is a structure commonly used internationally.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
