    The WSJ type non-clogging pump is a new efficient and energy-saving pulp and slurry pump. According to practical use, it has characteristics such as high efficiency, no or few leaks, good resistance to clogging, stable operation, high reliability, and compact structure. The non-clogging pump manufacturer, Zhonglian Pump Industry, in the product design, complies with AP610 (tenth edition), VDMA24297 (heavy), DIN24256, ISO2858, and GB5662-85 standards. It is a basic standard pump product for pulp and slurry, and it is also a type of single suction and single stage pump.

    The WSJ type non-clogging slurry pump is a single-stage pump suitable for transporting media at low or high temperatures, neutral or corrosive, clean or with solid particles, non-toxic and non-flammable or explosive. It is mainly used in chemical, petrochemical, steel, power generation, paper manufacturing, pulp, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industries, among others.

    Installation and operation instructions for the WSJ type non-clogging slurry pump:

    1. Installation of the non-clogging slurry pump

    1. Before installation, the following must be checked: the unit, the pipe connections, that all bolts and nuts of the fasteners are tightly fastened and without play;

    2. Regulation valves and pressure gauges must be installed at the inlet and outlet; at the connection with the pump flange, a flexible gasket must be placed. During installation, the weight of the pipe should not rest directly on the pump to avoid deformation, vibrations, and abnormal noises;

    3. The pressure gauge should be selected with a range 1.25 to 1.5 times greater than the working conditions of the pump (if there is no pressure at the inlet, it is not necessary to install a pressure gauge at the inlet);

    4. When adjusting the coupling between the machine and the pump, use a straightedge to align the outer circumference of the coupling, the concentricity of the two shafts must be less than 0.3mm;

    5. After installation, turn the rotor shaft of the pump, there should be no blockages, rubbing, or impacts. If everything is normal, connect the power supply to prepare for the test;

    2. Starting the non-clogging slurry pump

    1. Confirm the connection method of the motor and firmly tighten the terminals to avoid loosening that causes phase loss, short circuit, or burning of the motor;

    2. Momentarily turn on the power (high-power motors should start with a soft start) to confirm the direction of rotation of the motor; viewed from the motor end, the pump should rotate clockwise; once confirmed, turn off the motor;

    3. Open the inlet valve of the pump and the purge valve in the pipe, close the outlet valve of the pump, fill the pump chamber with water or use a vacuum pump to extract the air and purge;

    4. Check the sealing of the pipes to ensure there are no leaks, then turn on the power and slowly open the outlet valve;

    5. Slowly open the outlet valve and observe the pressure gauge needle, keeping the pressure within the range specified in the manual;

    3. Stopping

    1. For high-temperature pumps (liquids at 80°C or more), the temperature must first be reduced to a rate of less than 10°C/minute before stopping the pump;

    2. Close the outlet valve and stop the motor;

    3. Close the inlet valve; if it will not be used for a long time, drain the liquid inside the pump, clean the residues in the chamber, and perform necessary maintenance.

    4. Open the inlet valve of the pump and the purge valve in the pipe, close the outlet valve of the pump, fill the chamber with water or use a vacuum pump to purge;

    5. Check the sealing of the pipes to ensure there are no leaks, then turn on the power and slowly open the outlet valve;

    6. Slowly open the outlet valve and observe the pressure gauge needle, keeping the pressure within the range specified in the manual.

After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
