    Product Overview

    The IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump is a new replacement product for the old IH type chemical process pump. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of this series of products are consistent with the old generation model. 
    The IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump is the same, and the product complies with GB5662-85 "Axial Suction Centrifugal Pump (16bar) Marking, Performance Dimensions" standard. The fifth generation IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump absorbs the appearance design of the XA type pump suspension and designs ribs on the pump body, making the pump appearance beautiful, operation safe, reliable, and long service life. The IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump has outstanding performance in corrosion resistance, compact structure, high suction performance, and stable operation. It is one of the commonly used pumps for conveying corrosive liquids in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, electroplating, weaving, food, and other industries. It is also a common pump for concentrated brine and brine.

            The IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electric power, metallurgy, textile, food, and other fields. It is commonly used to convey highly corrosive, flammable, toxic, and volatile chemical media such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen chloride, strong alkali, and organic solvents.

    • Alkalis: sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia water, etc.
    • Salts: sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, etc.
    • Organic solvents: methanol, acetone, ethanol, benzene, toluene, dichloromethane, etc.
    • Petroleum: gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oil, etc.

    1. Pump body: The pump body of the IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump adopts a self-priming structure and meets national standards. The pump body and pump cover are fixed with tie rods, providing a stable structure and good pressure resistance. The pump body material can be 304 or 316 stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance.

    2. Fifth generation IH type pump suspension parts: Four types of suspensions cover the entire series and are interchangeable across product series, ensuring quick delivery and low inventory.

    3. Fifth generation IH type pump shaft seal forms: According to user needs, packing seal, single-end non-balanced mechanical seal, single-end balanced mechanical seal, double-end 
    non-balanced mechanical seal, and double-end balanced mechanical seal can be selected. The seals are safe, reliable, and have a long service life. The pump body and impeller are made by wax mold precision casting, with higher efficiency than the old IH type, 
    and better appearance quality.

    4. Mechanical seal: The mechanical seal part of the pump features wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring good sealing performance and reliable operation.

    1. Designed according to international standard IS02858 for performance and dimensions, with a back-open structure that is easy to assemble and maintain. The appearance is elegant, the product operates safely and reliably, and is very convenient to use.

    2. Good corrosion resistance: The main material of the pump is 304 or 316 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.

    3. The pump body has ribs, CFD computational fluid dynamics, and a larger pump body with double volutes, resulting in low radial force, beautiful appearance, and long service life.

    4. Impeller: precision cast wax mold shape, accurate dimensions, high efficiency, beautiful appearance, CFD computational fluid dynamics design, wide flow channel, high efficiency, and good cavitation performance. Precision casting mold shape, accurate dimensions, high efficiency.

    5. Sealing parts: designed according to AP1610 mechanical seal standards, which help with cooling and circulation of the sealing system, making the seal more reliable. Optional packing seal, single-end non-balanced mechanical seal, single-end balanced mechanical seal, double-end non-balanced mechanical seal, and double-end balanced mechanical seal are available.

    6. Suspension parts: appearance refers to XA style and uses precision casting models, with beautiful appearance and high universality. Suspensions are available in 30, 40, 50, 55 sizes, and suspension parts are interchangeable across series.

    7. The coupling is a three-section detachable coupling, which can be specially processed into a direct coupling according to customer requirements, making maintenance convenient and cost-effective.

    8. Compact structure and easy installation: The pump has a compact structure, occupies little space, and can be flexibly installed and adjusted according to actual site conditions.

    9. Strong applicability: The IH type stainless steel single-stage chemical pump is suitable for conveying corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, and is also suitable for conveying clean water or other non-corrosive liquids within the temperature range of -20°C to 150°C.

    Can you help me choose a model?

    A

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    A

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    A

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A

    Models in stock can be shipped by the next day at the latest. Others are custom-made, and depending on the product size and specific project conditions, the delivery time is generally between 7-90 days. Please consult our sales manager for details: 0731-88632200 。
