Product Overview

The ZMQ series magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as ZMQ magnetic pump) is a new type of completely leak-free corrosion-resistant chemical pump developed by our company based on current user and market demands, combined with existing magnetic pumps on the market. It mainly consists of a motor, magnetic coupler, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, using a magnetic coupler to transmit power with complete leak prevention. The feature is that when the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic drive to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump shaft to rotate synchronously with the motor, transmitting torque without contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is sealed inside the stationary isolation sleeve without dynamic seals, it completely eliminates the common leakage, dripping, and running phenomena in the petrochemical industry, achieving total leak prevention.

The pump's wetted parts can be made of various corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, 904, titanium alloy, nickel-based alloy according to operating conditions and user requirements. For special needs, our company can design and manufacture accordingly.

1. The ZMQ series stainless steel magnetic pump adopts API685-2010 and GB/T25140-2010 standards, with pump interface dimensions compatible with replacement IH, CZ and other chemical pump types, offering good interchangeability, high efficiency, and low vibration.

2. The ZMQ series stainless steel magnetic pump uses neodymium-iron-boron or samarium-cobalt permanent magnets for the inner and outer magnetic steels, providing high magnetic efficiency and strong high-temperature resistance.

3. The ZMQ series stainless steel magnetic pump can be designed as direct-coupled or split type according to technical requirements, and can add insulation devices for crystallizing media.

4. The modular structure of the ZMQ series stainless steel magnetic pump is very easy to disassemble and maintain, greatly reducing the professional requirements for maintenance personnel.

5. The ZMQ series stainless steel magnetic pump can be equipped with a dry-run protector according to user requirements to avoid damage caused by dry running.

6. The ZMQ series stainless steel magnetic pump is absolutely leak-free, completely solving the leakage problem of sealed pumps, and is also the best product to replace canned pumps.

Common Faults and Solutions of ZMQ Series Stainless Steel Magnetic Chemical Pumps

No medium discharge	1) Is the inlet valve open?	Open the inlet valve.
	2) Air in the suction pipeline.	Flush and fill the medium or discharge the air.
	3) Leakage in the suction pipeline.	Check the suction pipeline and ensure it is fully sealed.
	4) Installation height too high.	Lower the installation height to achieve the pump's effective net positive suction head.
	5) Inner and outer magnetic steels completely demagnetized.	Replace the inner and outer magnetic steels.
Insufficient flow	1) Impeller damaged.	Replace the impeller.
	2) Low voltage, insufficient motor speed.	Check the motor and power supply line.
	3) Impeller blockage.	Clear debris, add filter device at the inlet
	4) Demagnetize inner and outer magnetic steel	Replace the inner and outer magnetic steels.
Excessive power	1) Density of conveyed medium too high	Reconfigure motor or increase injection pressure
Excessive power	2) Using too low head	Adjust outlet valve to near rated head
Insufficient head	1) Air in suction pipe or pipe leakage	Check inlet pipe and discharge gas

Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

Why is the price quotation so slow?

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
