Product Overview

The IHF type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump (referred to as IHF centrifugal pump) is designed and manufactured according to international standards combined with the process design of non-metallic pumps. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic through integral sintering pressing. The shaft seal uses an externally mounted advanced bellows mechanical seal, the stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the rotating ring uses PTFE-filled material, providing excellent corrosion and wear resistance sealing. Both the pump inlet and outlet use cast steel reinforcement to enhance the pump's pressure resistance. Actual use shows that this pump has advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy maintenance, and long service life.

The IHF corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electric power, metallurgy, textile, food, and other fields. Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
