Product Overview

IMD(-FT) pumps are high-power, high-head fluoroplastic magnetic drive pumps designed and manufactured according to ISO international standards for appearance and installation dimensions. All models are motor direct-coupled, supported by a middle bracket, with a compact structure and easy disassembly. The main components use steel-lined F46, with a high-strength pump body. High-performance magnetic materials "NdFeB" are used for the inner and outer magnets. The isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic materials, greatly reducing magnetic eddy current losses. They can transport highly corrosive media with a high concentration and density greater than 1.9t/m3. The drive form is magnetic indirect contactless drive, with the inner and outer magnets completely isolated by the isolation sleeve, making the pump chamber fully sealed, completely eliminating leakage and never polluting the usage site. It is especially suitable for transporting strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, flammable and explosive, toxic, and volatile media. The IMD series magnetic pumps, with excellent performance and low price, have become the first choice for users to replace expensive imported magnetic pumps with difficult spare parts supply in many projects.

IMD(-FT) pumps are high-power, high-head fluoroplastic magnetic pumps widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electric power, metallurgy, textile, food, and other fields. They are commonly used to transport highly corrosive, flammable, toxic, and volatile chemical media such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen chloride, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.

IMD(-FT) fluoroplastic magnetic pumps are magnetic drive centrifugal pumps made of fluoroplastic materials. Their structural features are as follows:

1. Pump body: made of fluoroplastic material, with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.

2. Magnetic drive device: uses magnetic coupling transmission without mechanical seals, avoiding problems such as mechanical seal damage and leakage in traditional pumps, providing more reliable sealing performance.

3. Impeller: made of fluoroplastic material with excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance. The impeller's structural design ensures stable flow, low noise, and low vibration.

4. Bracket: the bracket between the pump body and motor is made of metal material, with sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure pump stability and operational safety.

5. Magnetic cover: an important pump component mainly used to protect the magnetic drive device, made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance.

The pump shell has feet, and the pump and motor are fixed on a common base, providing good stability and lower noise and vibration during operation. This prevents leakage and does not pollute the usage site.

Why is the price quotation so slow?

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
