    The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is a self-priming pump designed and manufactured by the professional chemical pump manufacturer "Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry" according to international standards and combined with the process design of non-metallic pumps. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, all flow parts are made of fluoroplastic alloy, the pump cover and impeller are made of metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic through integral sintering and pressing, and the shaft seal uses an externally mounted advanced bellows mechanical seal. The stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride).

    The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is a self-priming pump designed and manufactured by the specialized chemical pump manufacturer "Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry" according to international standards and combined with the process design of non-metallic pumps. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and all flow-through parts are made of fluoroplastic alloy. The pump cover and impeller are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastic and integrally sintered and pressed. The shaft seal uses an externally mounted advanced bellows mechanical seal, with the stationary ring made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride) and the rotating ring made of PTFE-filled material, providing excellent corrosion and wear resistance sealing. Both the pump inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pump's pressure resistance. The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump features self-priming performance, requiring no installation of a foot valve or water filling to start, making operation simple. Its main working performance characteristics include corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.

Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
