It is an improved design based on our company's D type clean water multistage pump. This horizontal centrifugal multistage stainless steel chemical pump adopts the nationally recommended hydraulic model, featuring high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. The DF type corrosion-resistant horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling, allowing an inlet pressure of 0.6MPa. The most notable feature is that this multistage pump can transport corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis. The DF type corrosion-resistant horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is horizontally installed. The rotor mainly consists of the shaft and parts mounted on the shaft such as impellers, shaft sleeves, and balance discs. The number of impellers depends on the pump stages. The shaft parts are fixed to the shaft by keys and shaft nuts, forming an integral rotor. The entire rotor is supported by rolling or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings do not bear axial force; axial force is balanced by the balance disc. A flat disc indicator is installed at the pump end to monitor balance disc wear. The pump suction can be chosen as horizontal or vertical upward. The pump casing parts including inlet, middle, and outlet sections are connected by tie bolts into one unit. Bearings are installed at both ends. The number of stages is selected according to the required head. Shaft seals generally use packing seals, but mechanical seals can be used upon user request. 5. Balancing Part:

Due to unequal pressure areas on the front and rear impeller cover plates, axial force is generated.
