    Product description

    The QZ type submersible axial pump is an upgraded product of the traditional split unit. The motor driving the pump is a dry, fully enclosed three-phase asynchronous submersible motor. This unit integrates the pump and motor coaxially, can operate submerged for long periods, and has a series of unmatched advantages over traditional units. Because the pump and motor are integrated and submerged simultaneously, there is no need to perform the laborious and lengthy alignment process of the pump and motor shafts on site, facilitating and speeding up installation. Operating submerged, the electric pump can significantly simplify the civil engineering structure of the pumping station, reduce installation area, and save between 30% and 40% of the total civil engineering cost of the station. When operating submerged, the electric pump generates little noise, the motor has good cooling conditions, there are no high temperatures or noise interference inside the station, improving the working environment. Additionally, fully underground pumping stations can be built to maintain the environmental landscape on the surface. Regarding operation, it is flexible; the unit can be turned on and off at any time without the need to lubricate the pump's rubber bearings before starting, facilitating remote and automatic control. The unit is easy to disassemble and maintain. Using this unit is an ideal method to solve flood control problems in stations located in riverside and lake areas with large water level fluctuations, eliminating the long shaft between the pump and motor and improving operational safety and reliability.

    The QZ type axial submersible pump consists of four main parts: inlet bell, impeller casing, and guide vane body.

    The submersible motor is a fully sealed dry asynchronous motor; the casing encloses the motor, at the top of the motor there is a static seal at the cable outlet, and at the bottom cover of the motor there is a rotary seal on the shaft. The submersible motor has all the safety and reliability features for underwater operation. It is equipped with detection, alarm, and protection devices for seal leakage, temperature rise in the winding and bearings, without affecting the normal operation of the motor in case of early leaks (alarm only). When the winding temperature exceeds 135°C or the bearing temperature exceeds 90°C, power cut protection is activated. All protectors are monitored by a special protector for submersible pumps to ensure safe use.
