Features of the high-temperature fluorine-coated alloy axial pump type JXF

1. High corrosion resistance
The flow passage part of the high-temperature axial pump type JXF is completely made of high-quality PFA material, with great adaptability to corrosive liquids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong oxidizing agents. The more corrosive the liquid, the more its excellent properties stand out. Its corrosion resistance far exceeds that of high-nickel alloy, type 20 alloy, and much more so high-silicon cast iron, enjoying worldwide reputation as the king of corrosion resistance.
2. Excellent wear resistance
The high-temperature axial pump type JXF is manufactured through a special melting and molding process. The pump casing with steel lining has a fluorine thickness of more than 10 mm, while the pump with a clamping plate has a fluorine thickness of more than 25 mm, with a special treatment on the inner fluorine wall that makes it internationally leading in resistance to ferrous sulfate abrasion.
3. Excellent high-temperature resistance
The fluorine-coated axial pump type JXF has excellent properties of resistance to sudden thermal changes, self-lubrication, and impact resistance. Therefore, key fluorine parts such as the impeller do not crack from impacts, overcoming the deficiencies of ceramic and high-silicon cast iron pumps which are brittle. Thanks to its excellent overall performance and stable operation, it can be safely used long-term in harsh environments from -30°C to 150°C. (The residual acid concentration treatment has a maximum temperature of 130°C, while the melting point of the fluorine material is 360°C).
4. Easy disassembly and maintenance
Because the impeller, pump cover, and shaft sleeve are made entirely of fluorine material, the pump's own weight is considerably reduced, allowing easy removal of the rotor part from the pump body, facilitating disassembly and assembly. This avoids the problems of silicon iron pumps that require careful repairs for fear of breaking or operational limitations.
Structural features of the high-temperature fluorine-coated alloy axial pump type JXF

1. This series of pumps has a cantilever structure, with horizontal installation and can use pulley transmission according to user needs to adjust flow and head. The pump is designed according to the required parameters for axial pumps, optimizing fluid flow conditions.
2. The pump uses a removable rear door structure, facilitating disassembly and maintenance without needing to dismantle the connecting pipes, allowing extraction of the pump shaft.
3. The shaft seal uses a new combined seal, with a double-end mechanical seal; the static ring is Sie and the dynamic ring is made of imported Hastelloy alloy material, requiring cooling water washing. It can also use an external single-face mechanical seal, suitable for transporting highly corrosive liquids with suspended particles.
4. The pump body flow channel is not easily blocked, has a large margin against cavitation, and the design of the shaft and bearings is reliable to ensure stable operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.
5. The pump rotation direction is indicated with an arrow on the bearing support.
Installation of the high-temperature fluorine-coated alloy axial pump type JXF
1. Before installation, the size, position, and surface condition of the base must be checked, and it must be confirmed that the elevation meets design requirements.
2. After washing and pouring concrete into the anchor bolt holes, it must solidify for at least 48 hours and then the pump's horizontality and verticality must be rechecked.
3. The pump and motor must be installed on the same shaft line, with a deviation no greater than 0.2 mm.
4. The pump's connecting pipes must have reasonably installed supports to prevent the pump from bearing the equipment's weight.
