    The HZ series of horizontal chemical axial pumps has good reliability and is easy to maintain. It is specially designed for the characteristics of the evaporation circulation process in the production of chlorine and soda, and in salt manufacturing. The HZ series incorporates successful industry technologies and its own design advantages. With an optimized transmission design, it features low vibration and low noise during operation, significantly improving the reliability and balance of the axial pump, which considerably increases the maintenance cycle and service life. High operational reliability, maintenance cycle more than doubled, service life increased by 20%. The HZ forced circulation pump is more efficient and energy-saving, allowing users to save a large amount of electricity each year.

    The HZ series of horizontal axial pumps is mainly used in applications with high flow and low lift height, especially suitable for forced circulation processes with corrosive media. For example, forced circulation in the production of caustic soda and salt, and it is also applied in sectors such as phosphate fertilizers, petroleum, chemical fibers, and paper manufacturing.

    (1) Cantilever rotor with front door structure, simple design, easy maintenance, no need to disassemble the pump body or pipes;

    (2) The impeller is coupled with the suction duct; when transporting abrasive materials, only the suction duct needs to be replaced, which extends the service life of the pump body. The shaft seal can use liquid lock type packing seal and double-faced mechanical seal, ensuring the pump has no leaks, being safe and reliable;

    (3) Different transmission modes can be used such as direct connection, belt transmission, and transmission with reducer, and also different installation modes such as horizontal, vertical, or suspended, so that this series of pumps meets performance and installation needs in different workplaces.

    (4) The shaft seal combines dynamic impeller seal and mechanical seal, ensuring the pump has no leaks during operation or at rest. The mechanical seal uses the company's patent, series 171, single-face internal and static seal, easy to install and maintain, with good sealing effect and long service life. During operation, the cooling water does not need additional pressure, the pressure is usually around 0.1 MPa, and the flow depends on the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water, with a temperature rise generally not exceeding 15°C. The cooling water seal is a combination of oil seal with frame and packing, which can be used interchangeably.

    (5) Pump rotation direction: viewed from the drive end, it rotates counterclockwise.
    (6) Pump inlet and outlet position: conventionally top inlet and bottom outlet, can be changed to bottom inlet and top outlet according to user requirements, without changing the rotation direction.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
