    The corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF is Long-shaft pump A vertical long-shaft pump made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel developed and designed by the manufacturer "Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry Co., Ltd.". This pump can be used to transport corrosive liquids, such as seawater, acidic and alkaline chemical solutions, plating water, industrial wastewater, etc. The pump casing and flow parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring safety and no leaks.     The corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF designed and manufactured by our company has a downward vertical inlet and a horizontal outlet, starts without vacuum, installs with a single base, and the pump and motor are directly connected, offering the advantage of occupying little space. The main features and advantages are as follows:

    1. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF is optimized through hydraulic design software, with superior performance, fully considering the wear resistance of the impeller and guide body, which significantly extends the service life of these parts; the product operates stably, safely, reliably, and energy-efficiently.

    2. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF has a filter at the inlet with an appropriate opening size, effectively preventing large particles that could damage the pump from entering, while minimizing inlet losses and improving pump efficiency.

    3. The impeller of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF uses balance holes to balance axial force, and the front and rear plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable seal rings to protect the impeller and guide body.

The residual axial force and weight of the rotor components of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF can be supported by the thrust bearing inside the motor support or by the motor with thrust bearing. The thrust bearing is lubricated with grease (also called dry lubrication) or lubricating oil (also called light oil lubrication).

    9. The shaft seal of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel long-shaft pump type LCF is a packing seal, and there are replaceable sleeves in the shaft seal and guide bearing to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is easily adjusted by the adjustment nut on the top of the thrust bearing or inside the pump coupling.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
