    1. The wear-resistant LCM type cyclonic well lifting pump is optimized through hydraulic design software, with superior performance, fully considering the wear resistance of the impeller and guide body, significantly increasing the service life of parts such as the impeller and guide body; the product operates stably, safely, reliably, and energy-efficiently.

    2. The wear-resistant LCM type cyclonic well lifting pump has a filter at the inlet, with an appropriate opening size that effectively prevents the entry of large particles that could damage the pump, while minimizing inlet losses and improving pump efficiency.

    3. The impeller of the wear-resistant LCM type cyclonic well lifting pump uses balance holes to balance axial force, and the front and rear plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable seal rings to protect the impeller and guide body.

    4. The rotor components of the wear-resistant LCM type cyclonic well lifting pump include the impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper shaft, coupling, and adjustment nut.

When transporting clean water, the protective tube can be omitted and no external lubrication water is needed for the guide bearing; when transporting wastewater, the protective tube must be installed and the guide bearing must be externally connected to lubrication and cooling water (the pump has an automatic sealing system that prevents wastewater from entering the guide bearing when the pump is off).

The residual axial force and weight of the rotor components of the wear-resistant LCM type cyclonic well lifting pump can be supported by the thrust bearing inside the motor support or by a motor with a thrust bearing. The thrust bearing is lubricated with grease (also called dry lubrication) or lubricating oil (also called light oil lubrication).

    9. The shaft seal of the wear-resistant LCM type cyclonic well lifting pump is a packing seal, and there are replaceable bushings in the shaft seal and guide bearing to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is easily adjusted by the adjustment nut on top of the thrust bearing or inside the pump coupling.
