           The LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump is Long-shaft pump The manufacturer "Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry Co., Ltd." developed and designed a new multistage long-shaft pump by combining advanced experience in the design and manufacture of domestic and international vertical long-shaft pumps with the practical needs of domestic enterprises.     1. The LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump is optimized through hydraulic design software, with superior performance, fully considering the wear resistance of the impeller and guide body, which significantly increases the service life of these parts; the product operates stably, safely, reliably, and energy-efficiently.

    2. The LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump has a filter at the inlet with an appropriate opening size, effectively preventing the entry of large particles that could damage the pump, while minimizing inlet losses and improving pump efficiency.

    3. The impeller of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump uses balance holes to balance axial force; the front and rear plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and guide body.

    4. The rotor components of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump include impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper shaft, coupling, adjustment nut, and other parts.

    5. The intermediate shaft, lifting tube, and protective tube of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump are multi-section; the shaft is connected by threaded or sleeve couplings; the number of lifting tubes can be adjusted according to user needs to adapt to different submerged depths. The impeller and guide body can be single-stage or multistage, adapting to different lift height requirements.

    6. The length of a single shaft of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump is reasonable and has sufficient rigidity.

    7,   The lifting tube of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump is connected by flanges, and between two adjacent tubes there is a guide bearing body. Both the guide bearing body and the guide body are equipped with guide bearings made of PTFE, Sailong, or paraffin rubber. The protective tube protects the shaft and guide bearing; when transporting clean water, the protective tube can be omitted and the guide bearing does not require external water lubrication; when transporting wastewater, the protective tube must be installed and the guide bearing must be lubricated with external water (the pump has an automatic sealing system that prevents wastewater from entering the guide bearing when the pump is off).

    8. The residual axial force and weight of the rotor components of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump can be supported by the thrust bearing inside the motor support or by a motor with a thrust bearing. The thrust bearing is lubricated with grease (also called dry lubrication) or with lubricating oil (also called light oil lubrication).

    9. The shaft seal of the LC type vertical long-shaft submersible pump is a packing seal; the shaft seal and guide bearing are equipped with replaceable sleeves to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is easily adjusted by the adjustment nut on top of the thrust bearing or inside the pump coupling.

    10. Vertical long-shaft pumps with outlet diameters of 100 and 150 are only used to transport clean water at room temperature, do not have a protective tube, and the guide bearing does not require external water lubrication; if the user needs it, the company can provide technical solutions for vertical long-shaft pumps with protective tubes of diameters 100 and 150.

Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
