    The main features of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump are ：

    1. The LCY type long-shaft vertical pump is optimized by hydraulic design software, with superior performance, fully considering the wear resistance of the impeller and vane guide body, which greatly increases the service life of parts such as the impeller and guide body; the product operates stably, safely, reliably, and energy-efficiently.

    2. The LCY type long-shaft vertical pump has a filter at the inlet with an appropriate opening size, which effectively prevents large particles that may damage the pump from entering, while minimizing inlet losses and improving pump efficiency.

    3. The impeller of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump uses balance holes to balance axial force; the front and rear plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and vane guide body.

    4. The rotor components of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump include the impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper shaft, coupling, adjusting nut, and other parts.

    5. The intermediate shaft, lifting tube, and protective tube of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump are multi-section; the shaft is connected by threaded or sleeve couplings; the number of lifting tubes can be adjusted according to user needs to adapt to different submerged depths. The impeller and guide body can be single-stage or multi-stage, adapting to different lift height requirements.

    6. The length of the single shaft of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump is reasonable and has sufficient rigidity.

    7,   The lifting tube of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump is connected by flanges, and between two adjacent lifting tubes there is a guide bearing body. Both the guide bearing body and the vane guide body are equipped with guide bearings made of PTFE, Sailong, or stearin rubber. The protective tube protects the shaft and guide bearing. When transporting clean water, the protective tube can be omitted and external cooling and lubrication water connection to the guide bearing is not necessary; when transporting wastewater, the protective tube must be installed and external cooling and lubrication water must be connected to the guide bearing (the pump has an automatic sealing system that prevents wastewater from entering the bearing after the pump is turned off).

    8. The residual axial force and weight of the rotor components of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump can be supported by the thrust bearing inside the motor support or by the motor with thrust bearing. The thrust bearing is lubricated with grease (also called dry lubrication) or lubricating oil (also called light oil lubrication).

    9. The shaft seal of the LCY type long-shaft vertical pump is a packing seal; replaceable bushings are installed in the shaft seal and guide bearing to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the adjusting nut on top of the thrust bearing or inside the pump coupling, which is very convenient.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
