    Product Description

    The QH series mixed flow submersible pump is designed for high flow and low lift applications, with a submersible motor. The lift height of the mixed flow submersible pump is generally less than 20 meters. This product is an ideal upgrade of traditional mixed flow pumps, integrating motor and pump into a single submerged unit, offering a series of advantages that traditional units cannot match. Submersible axial pump stations have developed rapidly due to their simple construction, low engineering cost, easy maintenance and management, simple and automatable operation, high reliability, and environmental improvement.

    The QH mixed flow pump is suitable for transporting clean water or light wastewater. In agriculture, it is used for irrigation and drainage; in municipal areas, for stormwater and light wastewater drainage; in industry, for process water, cooling water, and raw water supply; and in water resource management, for water regulation projects.

The pump operates in water, with flow passing around the motor, which reduces noise and improves motor cooling conditions. It can be built as an underground pumping station, maintaining the environmental landscape on the surface. The use of submersible electric pumps is an ideal solution for building pumping stations and solving flood control problems in riverside and lake areas with large water level fluctuations, eliminating the long shaft between motor and pump and improving operation safety and reliability.

    1.     1. Impeller
    The impeller uses the current advanced hydraulic model, with excellent, stable, and mature performance. Good cavitation resistance, ensuring stable operation.

    2. Shaft seal
    Two independent sets of mechanical seals, isolating the motor from the pump seal; installed in series above and below, providing multiple safeguards and improving reliability.

    3. Oil chamber
    Oil lubrication and mechanical seal cooling, acting as insulation between the motor and the conveyed medium. The reserved internal volume can slow down the pressure increase inside the oil chamber.

    4. Anti-rotation device

    At the moment of unit start-up, the motor reaction torque to the starting force often causes the entire unit to rotate in the opposite direction; the anti-rotation device can solve this problem.

    5. Bearings
    The bearings are rolling bearings, capable of supporting all axial and radial loads, and are completely separated from the medium conveyed by the pump.

    6. Pump/motor shaft
    The pump and motor are coaxial, with a compact structure, the shaft extends as little as possible, reducing bending in the design, with low vibration during operation, and longer seal and bearing life.

    7. Motor

    High-performance squirrel cage induction motor, specially designed and manufactured for submersible pumps, in accordance with GB755 standard. Insulation class F, maximum working temperature up to 135℃. Depending on power, it can use voltage levels of 380V, 660V, 3kV, 6kV, 10kV, etc. For high voltage motors, a double VP insulation process is used to ensure insulation reliability.

    8. Cooling
    The motor housing directly transfers heat to the surrounding medium, which is carried away by the water flow. High power and high voltage motors use internal duct cooling technology, which reduces temperature rise in the three-phase winding and evenly distributes the thermal field.

    9. Monitoring device
    The submersible pump is equipped with multiple protection devices, which can connect cables to the electrical control panel. Protection devices include: overload, phase loss, leakage, overtemperature, humidity, immersion protection, etc.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
