    Product description

    The vertical mixed pump type HD with guide vanes is a vertical shaft mixed pump, single-stage and single suction, suitable for medium and large agricultural irrigation and drainage installations. It is also applicable for industrial and mining shipyards, marine aquaculture, urban construction, power plant drainage, water supply and drainage in power plants, and water circulation transport in power plants. This pump has a wide high-efficiency range and good anti-cavitation characteristics, being especially suitable for situations with large variations in water level and high lift heights. The transported medium is generally clean water at ambient temperature, but it can also be used for liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the pumped liquid generally does not exceed 50°C. If transporting seawater, it must be indicated when ordering.

    Structure of the HD type vertical mixed pump with guide vanes

           The HD type vertical mixed pump uses a vertical shaft structure and is equipped with a vertical motor. It consists of the pump part and the transmission part, connected together by a rigid coupling.

           The HD mixed pump with guide vanes is divided into two types: fixed and semi-adjustable. In the semi-adjustable mixed pump, the vanes can adjust their angle. In the fixed impeller pump, the vanes are cast with the impeller and the vane angle cannot be adjusted.

           The structure of the pump part generally includes the white bell pipe, impeller casing, impeller (rotor body), guide vane body, straight pipe, curved pipe, main shaft, and water-lubricated bearings. The rubber bearings only support radial forces, while the axial forces generated by the impeller are supported by the transmission part bearings or the motor.

           The pump rotation direction, viewed from the inlet, is counterclockwise.

           The structure of the transmission part generally consists of the motor base, oil tank, thrust head, radial bearings, thrust bearing assembly, and drive shaft. The motor is connected to the drive shaft by an elastic pin coupling. Large pumps do not have a transmission part; the pump is directly coupled to the motor.

           Pump support: the weight of the pump body (excluding the transmission part) is supported by the base holding the pump body, while the transmission part, drive device, motor, and axial forces are supported by the transmission floor base. Pumps have two types of structure: dry and wet.

           The HD type mixed pump with guide vanes uses a single vertical base structure, with the pump outlet above the base.

           The pump shafts are connected by a split casing coupling, the motor and pump are rigidly connected by a coupling. The axial force of the pump is generally supported by the motor, and the rotor axial clearance is adjusted by an adjusting nut between the motor coupling and the pump coupling.

           It uses a dry disc structure.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
