    　　The diesel engine pump assembly for pipes driven by a diesel engine is ingeniously designed by the technical staff of Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry along with national water pump experts, selecting excellent national hydraulic models and using performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps. It is based on common vertical pumps and has been designed through an ingenious combination. Additionally, according to the temperature of use and the medium, suitable centrifugal pumps for hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pumps, and oil pumps are derived. This series of products has the advantages of high energy efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance. It meets the requirements of the JB/T53058-93 standard of the National Machinery Ministry. The product is designed and manufactured according to the international standard IS02858. In 1993, it passed the unified inspection of the pipe pump product by the National Machinery Industry Ministry. It is used to transport clean water without solid particles and liquids with similar physicochemical properties to water. (The ISG type pump is also known as a pipe pump, centrifugal pump, centrifugal pump for pipes, single-stage centrifugal pump, vertical centrifugal pump, booster pump, hot water pump, circulation pump, etc.).

    　　1. The diesel engine pump for pipes has a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameter, and they are located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and aesthetic design, taking up little space and requiring low investment in construction. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.

    　　2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The configuration of the pump and motor bearings is reasonable, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during the operation of the pump, ensuring stable operation with low vibration and noise.

    　　3. The shaft seal uses mechanical seals or combinations of mechanical seals, with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature mechanical seals, and wear-resistant seals made of cemented carbide, which can effectively prolong the service life of the mechanical seal.

    　　4. Installation and maintenance are convenient, and it is not necessary to disassemble the piping system; it is only necessary to loosen the coupling support nut of the pump to extract all rotor components.

    　　5. According to usage requirements, it is possible to adopt series or parallel operation modes of the pumps according to the need for flow rate and lift height.

    　　6. According to the requirements of the piping layout, the pump can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.

    　　Usage conditions:

     

    　　1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6 MPa, that is, suction inlet pressure + lift height ≤ 1.6 MPa. The static test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when placing the order. If the working pressure of the system is greater than 1.6 MPa, it must be indicated when placing the order so that the pump's passage and connection parts are made of cast steel.

    　　2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.

    　　3. The volumetric content of solid particles in the transported medium must not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, with a particle size < 0.2 mm.

    　　Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please indicate it when placing the order so that the manufacturer uses wear-resistant mechanical seals.

    　　1. Vertical centrifugal pump for pipes ISG, for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for industrial and urban supply and drainage, pressure boosting in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, heating and cooling circulation, circulation of hot and cold water in baths and related equipment, with usage temperature T < 80℃.

    　　2. Vertical hot water pump type IRG, suitable for the metallurgical, chemical, textile, wood processing, paper manufacturing industries, as well as for high-temperature boilers in hotels, baths, and accommodations, for circulation and pressure boosting of hot water, with usage temperature below 120℃.

High-temperature vertical centrifugal pump type GRG, widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemistry, textiles, paper manufacturing, as well as in high-temperature boilers in hotels, baths, and accommodations, for circulation and pressure boosting of hot water, with usage temperature below 240℃.

    　　4. Vertical stainless steel centrifugal pump type IHG for pipes, for transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles, with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, electric power, paper manufacturing, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with usage temperature from -20℃ to 120℃.

    　　5. Oil pump for pipes type YG, for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products, with transported medium temperature from -20℃ to +120℃.

    　　6. Explosion-proof vertical stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump type IHGB, suitable for transporting flammable chemical liquids.

    　　7. Low-speed vertical centrifugal pumps types ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGH, YGD, IHGBD, suitable for places with very low ambient noise requirements and for air conditioning circulation, among others.

Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
