    The IGF type fluorine-lined vertical pipeline pump is a new generation vertical monoblock centrifugal pump designed to increase liquid pressure, specially developed to solve low pressure problems in pipelines, using corrosion-resistant materials. Combining an excellent domestic hydraulic model and the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump, it has been ingeniously designed based on conventional vertical pumps. This product has strong corrosion resistance, can replace precious metals such as 316L stainless steel and titanium alloys, and is also energy efficient, low noise, and reliable in performance.

    The IGF type fluorine-lined centrifugal pump uses an advanced mechanical seal, with the motor shaft directly mounted on the impeller, resulting in less leakage, high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy maintenance. Additionally, it can be used in series or parallel according to height and flow requirements. This pump, as a replacement product for conventional centrifugal pumps, has replaced several old models and has been widely applied in various industries, becoming a widespread trend.

    The IGF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump is suitable for temperature conditions from -85℃ to +200℃, transporting acidic, alkaline, oxidizing, and other corrosive liquids of any concentration over the long term. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper manufacturing, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.

    1. The IGF type fluorine-lined centrifugal pump has a vertical structure, with equal inlet and outlet diameters located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and aesthetic design, occupying little space and requiring low construction investment. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
    2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor bearing with a reasonable configuration, the axial dimension is short, the structure is compact, and the pump together with the motor bearing is configured to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring stable operation with low noise and vibration.
    3. The shaft seal of the IGF type fluorine-lined centrifugal pump uses common mechanical seals resistant to particles, combined with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-high temperature mechanical seals, and wear-resistant seals made of cemented carbide, effectively prolonging the service life of the mechanical seal.
    4. The pipeline pump can operate in series or parallel according to flow and lifting height requirements. It can be installed vertically or horizontally according to pipeline layout. Installation and maintenance are convenient; it is not necessary to dismantle the piping system, only loosen the coupling support nut to remove all rotor components.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
