    　　The vertical pipeline pump type IHG uses performance parameters of the centrifugal pump type IS and adopts an advanced hydraulic model, designed and manufactured according to the international standard ISO2858. It features advantages such as high energy efficiency, low noise, no leaks, and easy installation and use. According to the operating temperature and medium, product series such as IRG, IHG, and YG are derived, suitable for hot water, corrosive media, and petrochemical products. 
    Vertical pipeline pump type IHG for the chemical industry

    　　For corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps type IHG with motor power above 30 kW, the design includes two structures: direct coupling and detachable. The detachable structure allows the pump rotor to be removed without moving the motor or the pump body, significantly reducing maintenance costs and labor intensity.

    　　The chemical pipeline pump type IHG is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical-chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban supply and drainage, water pressurization in tall buildings, garden irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, heating and cooling circulation, hot and cold water circulation in baths and related equipment, with an operating temperature T<80℃.

    　　The corrosion-resistant pipe pump type IHG has a vertical structure, with equal inlet and outlet diameters located on the same centerline, can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and aesthetic design, occupies little space, low construction cost, and with protective cover can be used outdoors.

    　　The impeller is mounted directly on the motor's extended shaft, with short axial dimensions and compact structure. The bearing configuration of the pump and motor is reasonable, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring stable operation, low vibration, and low noise.

    　　The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal or combination of mechanical seals, with an imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high-temperature mechanical seal, and wear-resistant hard carbide material, effectively prolonging the mechanical seal's service life.

    　　Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, just loosen the coupling support nut to remove all rotor components.

    　　The pump can be used in series or parallel according to flow and manometric head requirements.

    　　The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the pipeline layout.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
