    　　The YW type submerged sewage pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump structure. It is a new generation of non-clogging submerged sewage pump product developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry, a sewage pump manufacturer, based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology. It uses stainless steel material and combines the usage characteristics of domestic pumps. It features significant energy-saving effects, anti-winding, non-clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. The sewage pump has a unique effect in conveying solid particles and long-fiber debris. When operating, the YW stainless steel sewage pump body is submerged in water, with a submersion depth of 0.5 to 5 meters. It adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure, effectively passing fiber materials five times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of 50% of the pump diameter. The product complies with the JB/T6525-92 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Sewage Pumps" standard.

    　　This series of submerged sewage pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, effectively conveying solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, this pump's impeller uses a single-channel or double-channel form, similar to a bent pipe with the same cross-sectional size, providing good flow passage. Equipped with a reasonable volute casing, the pump has high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balance tests, ensuring vibration-free operation during use.

    1. YW type stainless steel sewage pump adopts a unique single or double blade impeller structure, greatly improving the ability to pass debris, effectively passing fibrous materials five times the pump diameter and solid particles about 50% of the pump diameter.

    2. The mechanical seal uses a new type of hard corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, allowing the pump to run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

    3. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low noise, energy-saving, easy to maintain, no need to build a pump room, can work submerged in water, greatly reducing project costs.

    4. The pump structure is compact, small in size, easy to move, and simple to install.

    5. It can be equipped with an automatic liquid level control cabinet, which automatically controls the pump start and stop according to the required liquid level changes, requiring no dedicated personnel, making it very convenient to use.

    6. YW type stainless steel sewage pump has a vertical structure; during operation, the pump body is immersed in the liquid, making it easy to start without exhaust or air suction problems, and features no leakage. The submerged depth can reach 7 meters.

    7. The shaft connection structure is advanced and reliable; the pump and motor are connected by a coupling, and the pump shaft size is precise, ensuring stable pump operation with sufficient safety margin.

    8. The pump has two installation types: single-pipe and double-pipe; the support parts have round plate and square plate installations, suitable for different needs.

    Precautions for Using YW Type Vertical Stainless Steel Submerged Sewage Pump:

    1. Before use, carefully check the pump and motor for damage and tighten fasteners securely.

    2. Rotate the pump to check for friction sounds. Also check the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The outer circle deviation of the two couplings should not exceed 0.5mm.

    3. The pipeline connected to the pump outlet should have a separate support; its weight must not be borne by the pump body.

    4. Unless under special circumstances, the pump must be equipped with a fully automatic pump control cabinet. Do not connect directly to the power grid or use a knife switch to turn on the current to ensure normal pump operation.

    5. The pump must not run for a long time under low head conditions (generally, the operating head should not be less than 60% of the rated head). It is best to control within the recommended head range to prevent motor burnout due to overload.

    Instructions for Using YW Type Vertical Stainless Steel Submerged Sewage Pump:

    Start-up:

    1. Test start to check if the motor rotation direction matches the pump requirements.

    2. Close the valve and pressure gauge on the outlet pipeline.

    3. Start the motor, open the pressure gauge, and slowly open the outlet valve to the required position until normal operation.

    Shutdown:

    1. Slowly close the outlet gate valve, stop the motor, and close the pressure gauge.

    2. For long-term shutdown, the pump should be removed, cleaned, reassembled, and properly stored.

    Disassembly:

    1. Close the outlet valve and remove the connecting bolts on the flange.

    2. Loosen the motor base and coupling end cover bolts, and remove the motor.

    3. Loosen the bolts fixing the pump on the foundation, remove the pump, and rinse with clean water to prevent oxidation.

    4. Remove the base, pump body, and outlet pipe, loosen the impeller nut, and take out the impeller.

    5. Remove the oil chamber, mechanical seal, remove the extension tube, bearing seat, and take out the extension shaft.

Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
