    Product description

    The model JYWQ submersible drainage pump with automatic agitation is a new eco-friendly drainage pump product developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry, which absorbs advanced foreign technology and uses an excellent hydraulic model. Based on the common WQ submersible drainage pump, this pump has unique functions in transporting solid particles and long fiber waste, as well as in reducing sediments in wastewater pits. It uses an automatic agitation device that rotates with the motor shaft, generating a strong agitation force that mixes the suspended sediments to be sucked in by the impeller and expelled, thus achieving sludge cleaning. In addition, it adopts a unique double-channel unobstructed impeller structure, improving the capacity for passing and discharging wastewater and waste. The mechanical seal is a double-sided mechanical seal, which remains long-term in the oil chamber to ensure safe and reliable operation of the pump. The partition plate separates the base into two parts, avoiding interference between agitation and water intake.

    Submersible drainage pumps with automatic agitation are mainly divided into two types of products: one is the drainage pump with automatic agitation that uses an agitation disc placed under the impeller that rotates at high speed to suspend sediments near the pump; the second type is the new model JYWQ drainage pump with automatic agitation, which uses three washing nozzles installed at the bottom of the pump body to agitate nearby sediments using the liquid transported by the pump itself, achieving the agitation function.

    The submersible drainage pump with automatic agitation can also be chosen with total protection, which has a thermal protector inside the motor that acts promptly when the motor is overloaded and overheats, protecting the pump and the motor. The cable chamber is equipped with a water leak detection sensor that emits a signal when there is a leak, and the control system protects the pump. The oil chamber has a water and oil sensor that sends a signal when the mechanical seal is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, allowing the control system to protect the pump. It is suitable for the transfer of wastewater and waste with particles and sediments in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper, power plants, urban wastewater treatment, municipal engineering, and public facility drainage industries.

    1. During the operation of the JYWQ discharge pump, the pump's outlet pressure is used to automatically mix the settled sludge in the wastewater tank, completely avoiding the accumulation of waste without the need for manual cleaning, thus achieving complete removal of sediments from the tank.

    2. Hydraulic design of large passage components and obstruction resistance, unique double-blade impeller structure that can cut and tear fibers and waste, significantly increasing the solid passage capacity, allowing effective passage of fibers five times the diameter of the pump inlet and solid particles of approximately 50% of the inlet diameter.

    3. The dynamic seal of the auxiliary impeller acts as an auxiliary seal to protect the mechanical seal and balance the axial force, prolonging the bearing life.

    4. The mechanical seal uses a double seal in series with a new wear pair, continuously operating in the oil chamber, made of hard tungsten carbide resistant to corrosion, durable and wear-resistant, allowing safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.

    5. The automatic mixing and discharge pump JYWQ has a compact structure, small size, easy to move, simple installation, does not require a pump room, can operate submerged, reducing project costs.

    6. It can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet that protects against water leaks, electrical leaks, overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product.

    7. It can be equipped with a float switch to automatically control the pump's on and off according to the required water level, without the need for constant supervision, greatly facilitating its use.

    8. The motor can use an external circulation cooling system with a water jacket, allowing the pump to operate at low water levels, ensuring safe operation in a dry state, within the design range, avoiding motor overload, reducing start frequency, and prolonging motor life.

    9. The automatic mixing and discharge pump JYWQ can be equipped with different installation methods according to user needs, including a double rail automatic coupling system that greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of the pump, preventing personnel from having to enter the wastewater pit.

    10. There are two types of installation: fixed automatic installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different usage scenarios.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
