      The ZW type non-clogging self-priming sewage pump is a newly developed, innovatively structured non-clogging sewage pump with self-priming function, successfully created by Zhonglian Pump Industry after extensive research on similar domestic and international products. This pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge, adopts axial reflux design, and features a unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel. It operates like a general self-priming clean water pump without the need for a foot valve or priming water, and can also suction and discharge large solid particles and long fiber impurities without clogging. The ZW self-priming sewage pump is also known as a solid-liquid pump or impurity pump. It can operate without a foot valve like a general self-priming pump and can handle large solid blocks, long fibers, sediment, waste mineral impurities, fecal treatment, and all kinds of engineering sewage. It is applied in municipal sewage projects, pond aquaculture fecal treatment, sediment waste mineral impurities, light industry, papermaking, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power, pulp, and mixtures, making it an ideal impurity pump for chemical media.

      ZW type self-priming sewage pump mainly consists of pump body, impeller, rear cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water filling valve, inlet and outlet pipes, etc. The pump structure is shown in the diagram.

      Working principle of ZW type self-priming sewage pump: The pump body has a liquid storage chamber, which communicates with the pump working chamber through the upper return hole and lower circulation hole, forming an axial flow external mixing system. After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid is stored inside. When the pump starts, the stored liquid in the chamber is thrown upward by the impeller along with air. The liquid returns to the working chamber through the mesh of the gas-liquid separation pipe, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, creating a certain vacuum inside the pump to achieve self-priming.

    Operating Steps for ZW Type Self-Priming Non-Clogging Sewage Pump:

      1. Before use, check whether the pump rotation direction is correct and whether it rotates smoothly.

      2. Unscrew the liquid filling plug on top of the self-priming non-clogging sewage pump body, fill the storage chamber fully, then tighten the plug. After this, no need to add liquid before starting. Do not start the pump when the storage liquid is insufficient, otherwise the pump will not work properly and the mechanical seal may be damaged.

      3. When starting the self-priming sewage pump, first open the outlet flow control valve to facilitate the discharge of gas during the self-priming process. After starting, adjust the outlet flow control valve opening so that the pressure gauge reading points to the specified range (pressure control range table for various pump types). Avoid operating the pump at the lower limit of the specified range to prevent motor overload due to excessive shaft power or cavitation caused by excessive flow, which affects normal operation and causes strong vibration and noise.

      4. During operation, frequently check the temperature rise of the pump and motor. If abnormal noise or other unusual sounds are detected, stop the pump for inspection and only resume operation after troubleshooting.

      5. When stopping, first close the outlet flow control valve, then stop the pump to avoid insufficient liquid storage inside the pump body caused by siphoning.

      6. Regularly add oil and perform maintenance. If the pump is not used for a long time, disassemble, clean, oil, and store it properly.
