    　　The WL type vertical stainless steel sewage pump series adopts a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, effectively conveying solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, this pump's impeller uses a single-channel or double-channel form, similar to a bent pipe with the same cross-sectional size, providing excellent flow passage. Equipped with a reasonable volute casing, the pump has high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balance tests, ensuring vibration-free operation.

    WL type vertical sewage pump is suitable for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering, construction sites and other industries to transport sewage and waste containing particles, and is also used for pumping clear water and corrosive media.

    1. The pump and motor are directly connected coaxially, belonging to electromechanical integrated products, with compact structure and stable performance.

    2. Large channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design greatly improves the ability to pass debris, effectively passing fibrous materials five times the pump diameter and solid particles about 50% of the pump diameter.

    3. LW type stainless steel vertical sewage pump has a reasonable design, matched motor is reasonable, high efficiency, low noise, and significant energy-saving effect.

    4. Mechanical seal uses hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide, featuring durability and wear resistance, allowing the pump to run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

    5. WL type vertical sewage pump has a vertical structure, with inlet and outlet centerlines on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flange specifications are the same, making installation and disassembly very convenient.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?
